After investigation, it was found that as a party member and leading cadre of the Party School, Hou Wen should have kept in mind the party’s purpose , and took the lead in abiding by the law, but he betrayed his original mission, lost his ideals and beliefs, and did not explain the problem truthfully when organizing letters for inquiries; he illegally received part-time jobs; he used public power as a tool for profit, so he sought benefits for others in engineering construction and other aspects, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Hou Wen seriously violated the Party’s organizational discipline and integrity discipline, constituted serious violations of duty and was suspected of bribery. He did not restrain himself or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China or even the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is of serious nature and has a bad impact and should be dealt with seriously. The former judge of Shuocheng District People's Court of Shuozhou City, Li Piye is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Shuocheng District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Shuozhou City.
