According to Taiwan's ETtoday News Cloud, the DPP held a Central Standing Committee meeting on the 30th. Faced with the 2020 Taiwan leadership election, the DPP's combat team gradually took shape. Democratic Progressive Party Secretary-General Luo Wenjia announced the "2020 Central Party Department Election Organizational Structure Table", splitting the "Social Operation Department" into 6 departments, and the original "Media Creative Center" was divided into the Internet Department, the Cultural and Propaganda Department, and an Activity Department was added. The team will also inject new blood into the team. Ding Yungong, deputy spokesman of the front-end administrative agency, will take over as director of the news department, while Yan Ruofang, a former Taipei City Councilman who failed in the county and city mayor election, will be in charge of the Youth Department.

Luo Wenjia pointed out that under the unchanged original organizational regulations, posts and budgets, the DPP will make organizational and personnel adjustments, and the "Social Transport Department" will be divided into six departments: the Social Transport Department, the Social Transport Department, the Religion Department, the Labor Department, the Agriculture and Fisheries Department; and the "Media Creative Center" will be broken into propaganda and network, and an activity department will be established.
