Compared with the huge election funding, "spend money to buy tickets" is obviously much more cost-effective. So this phenomenon was very common in early electoral societies.

They held up the five-star red flag in the park and delivered a speech to condemn the Democratic Progressive Party. Taiwan police arrested them again and sent them to court. The judge involved, like Xu Anjie, believed that Lin Dewang and others' behavior was not in violation of regulations. He also wrote in the verdict: "Taiwan's democratic environment should not be based on measures to sacrifice the freedom and rights of a minority. Those who exercise public power should not abuse punishment." Lin Dewang and others escaped the disaster again and were exempted from prosecution.
