Announcement on the operation process of health code coding and transcoding
National citizens:
Recently, in order to cooperate with Ordos Municipal new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work, the epidemic command centers of each flag and district carried out the coding and transcoding of health codes based on the real-time control status of key groups. The coding and transcoding work of health codes implements the principle of "whoever codes, whoever codes" . In order to facilitate the general public to understand the operation procedures of health codes "red code", "yellow code" and "turn green code", the relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. The health code has been assigned "red code" people
(I) People in key areas of epidemic prevention and control and high-risk areas;
(II) Confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections in ;
(I) Close (some close) contacts who are under centralized or home isolation medical observation;
(IV) People with positive nucleic acid tests and other personnel who should be included in the management of high-risk personnel. In principle, people with
or above will undergo diagnosis and treatment and medical observation in or centralized isolation facilities in designated medical institutions, or in centralized isolation facilities. After being lifted from isolation or risk removal, they will be converted to green code.
2. Health code "yellow code" people

(II) Recently, they have visited medium-risk areas of the epidemic;
(III) People who have not participated in nucleic acid testing as required;
(IV) Other key risk groups that need to be included in management. Personnel above
should report to the community immediately, undergo nucleic acid testing, and cooperate with the local implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.
3. Health code transcoding operation process
(I) Ordos City Health Code "red code" personnel transcoding can be given corresponding transcoding according to the lifting of control of the epidemic command center of the local flag and district.
(II) The operation process of "yellow code" to "green code" of Ordos health code:
1. The system automatically transcoding. The person who assigned the yellow code must undergo the first nucleic acid test within 24 hours and the second nucleic acid test on the third day. If the results of both nucleic acid tests are negative, the health code yellow code will automatically be converted to green code.
2. Manual transcoding. performs a health code conversion to green code for people who exclude regional cooperative investigation risks and those who have not participated in nucleic acid testing and meet the local nucleic acid testing requirements.
3. Residents apply for transcoding. For those who have not found the record or have failed to automatically transcode, they will pay attention to the official WeChat official account of Health Ordos or Menghua WeChat mini program. They will fill in the supporting materials according to the prompts, and apply for the green code to be transferred by the Fuma District Disease Control Center after verification. (When applying, if you fill in false information, you will bear legal liability)
