Recently, after modification and adjustment, the " Fuzhou Parking Lot Management Measures " was republished as the "Fuzhou Parking Lot Construction and Management Measures" and will come into effect on September 12, 2021.

The new "Measures" propose that motor vehicle drivers should park in the parking space when parking on the road, and park according to signs and markings, and pay the fee according to regulations. In road parking spaces during restricted periods, drivers shall not park beyond the specified period. In road parking spaces during non-restricted periods, continuous parking time shall not exceed 72 hours. If the continuous parking space in a non-restricted period is parked for more than 72 hours, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall order the correction in accordance with the law and impose a fine of 100 yuan. Parking lots in residential areas shall be managed in a unified manner. If the construction unit or the owners' committee entrusted a property service provider to provide parking management services, it shall be agreed in the property service contract .
