Do not leave the house for the whole house
Do not leave the house during home isolation observation, must not leave the house, and neighbors and relatives are not allowed to visit. When participating in nucleic acid sampling organized by Murakami, the door should be opened according to the guidance of the staff. During the sampling, you must wear a medical mask, disinfect your hands before and after the door is opened, and return home immediately after the sampling is completed.

Home quarantine and observation personnel should live alone in a single room, avoid going out to the isolation room as much as possible; try to minimize contact with other residents in the same hospital, and use tableware, towels, bed sheets, mops and other items alone; when taking care of family members such as the elderly, infants and young children who cannot take care of themselves, they should wear masks in a standardized manner and disinfect their hands.

Distributed dining
During the isolation personnel, they are not allowed to dine in the same room or at the same table with others during the isolation period. Before dining, other people will deliver the meal to the designated location at the door. The delivery person can open the door to pick up the meal after leaving; disposable tableware is preferred, disinfected after use and dispose of it as domestic waste. If it is reused tableware, disinfection is required (boil for 15 minutes or soak it with 500 cm/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for half an hour and then rinse it in clean water).

Nucleic acid test
Cooperate with medical staff to come to the door for nucleic acid test. , who is not centrally quarantined, will undergo nucleic acid testing once every 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days after contacting people with positive nucleic acid tests; close contacts after being released from centrally quarantine will undergo nucleic acid testing once every 3 days after being released from centrally quarantine; close contacts after being exposed to close contacts will undergo nucleic acid testing once every 1, 4 and 7 days after being exposed to close contacts. Nucleic acid detection is self-tested with antigen reagent during the rest period.

Open the windows at least once a day in the afternoon for ventilation, each time for more than 30 minutes. Do wet cleaning at least once a day, mainly cleaning. Disinfect the door handles, desktops, daily necessities, etc. in the living room. When cleaning up garbage, the garbage bag should be tied tightly and sealed, disinfected the outer surface and sealing area before placing it at the door of the room, and cleaned and transported by other family members or grid workers.
