1. Vaccination targets: people over three years old who live in Gudong Street, Gulou District, Fuzhou City;
2. Vaccination materials: ID card (children with vaccination certificate), medical insurance card (those who do not have a medical insurance card must first apply for a self-paid card at this center), household registration book or residence permit, please show it at the time of registration.
3. Note: Those who make a successful appointment should go directly to the registration desk on the 3rd at the specified time to queue up and register in an orderly manner. If you are out of date, you need to make a reservation and present a successful appointment. We will check your name, age, phone number, etc. For those who do not meet, you need to make a reservation. 4. Number release time: Adult flu vaccine appointment numbers are open at 12:00 noon every Monday and Wednesday. On Monday, you can make an appointment on Tuesday and Wednesday morning numbers, and on Wednesday morning numbers can make an appointment on Thursday, Friday and next Monday morning numbers.
