Why do Chinese people pay so much attention to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China?

There are more than 100 developing countries in the world. In the road to modernization, countries that have gone slower, wrongly, and even brokenly are everywhere. Only New China, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, constantly explores and revolutionizes itself, and ultimately leads and unites the people of all ethnic groups in China, turning New China from a poor and weak country to the second largest economy, the largest trading country, and the largest manufacturing country in the world today.
Such a large party in the Communist Party of China has also not been easy to develop to this day.
Since its establishment in 1921, the Communist Party of China has gone through 101 years of history. In the past 101 years, countless political parties have appeared around the world, including various Marxist parties in the Soviet Union and Central and Eastern Europe. However, only the Communist Party of China has truly achieved no dogmatic, no rigidity, and no belief in evil. It has always started from the original intention of serving the people and always started from the core goal of achieving modernization in China, and actively explored the most effective path and method. Finally, it has found the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. After 73 years of efforts by the New China, China has built China into the world with the largest population, the most prosperous economy and the most dynamic society.
From 2012 to 2022, in the past ten years, all Chinese people have witnessed and experienced many ups and downs, and have also witnessed and experienced many milestones in China's development process. All this is even more difficult.
Internally, China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has always united all kinds of forces, united people's hearts, enhanced self-confidence, solved various urgent, difficult and dangerous problems, and truly allowed the people to enjoy tangible benefits from the continuous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
To the outside world, China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, facing all kinds of distortions, slander and attacks carried out by reactionary and hostile forces at all times, dares to fight and is good at fighting, demonstrates the wisdom of struggle, resolutely defends the dignity of the country and the nation, resolutely safeguards national sovereignty, security and core interests in the development of the core interests. In the context of the intertwined era, in the complex and changing international relations, it continues to give full play to the idea of the "unified front" of the Communist Party of China, making more friends and few enemies.
Take on such a heavy responsibility and engage in such challenging work. For anyone, what they rely on is definitely not personal desires and pursuits, but a high sense of mission and responsibility for the entire country and nation, a clear historical responsibility, and a great courage that no one else can do. Similarly, for anyone, this is not only a huge challenge to physical and mental strength, but also a huge test of mental strength.
In the past ten years, the Communist Party of China has led the people of all ethnic groups in the country to not fear these challenges and withstand these tests. When facing the complex domestic and international situation, it has maintained strategic determination and always focused on doing its own things well. It is not easy.
In the next five years, China will have at least three major goals that are about to emerge:
First. China will continue to focus on construction and seek development. In a developing country with a population of more than 1.4 billion and an ancient civilization with a history of 5,000 years, it will continue to create a new situation of modernization construction in which the country is prosperous and the people are happy. In the next five years, China's economy is expected to continue to maintain continuous and stable development. This will not only allow the living standards of the Chinese people to continue to steadily improve, and make everyone's life better and better, but will also provide more development opportunities for countries around the world;
Second, in the face of a complex and turbulent international environment, China will continue to carry forward the spirit of struggle, dare to fight, and be good at fighting. Faced with the containment, suppression, encirclement and slander of China by some people in the United States, China will be self-reliant and strive to strengthen, turning external pressure into the driving force for internal development and progress, and ultimately making the United States the best "training" on our road to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;
Third, based in China and looking at the world, China will continue to improve and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics, provide a new modernization sample for developing countries around the world, and enrich the theory and practice of human development, progress and prosperity.
For the 1.4 billion Chinese people, the most important thing is to unite and strengthen confidence.

Second, in the five thousand years of history of the Chinese nation, the Qin and Han Dynasties and Sui and Tang were the two peaks of the development of a unified multi-ethnic country, especially during the prosperous Tang Dynasty, which was admired by Chinese people in subsequent dynasties. At that time, the Chinese capital Chang'an City had a circumference of 84 kilometers, making it the largest city in the world. Chinese culture is brilliant and splendid, attracting admirers from all over the world. The influence of Chinese culture plays an important influence in the vast spaces ranging from Japan in the east to Kazakhstan in the west, from Mongolia in the north, and from Southeast Asia in the south. Western Regions during the prosperous Tang Dynasty has become part of China's territory today. Many "exotic lands" during the prosperous Tang Dynasty have once again become the place where China's trade, investment and cultural influence are reachable. Today, China's "Belt and Road" initiative covers countries and regions, which have far exceeded the limits that people could imagine during the prosperous Tang Dynasty. To a certain extent, China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is reappearing or even surpassing the glory of the prosperous Tang Dynasty in the history of Chinese civilization.
Back to the present, the Sino-US game is a topic that we cannot avoid. However, from a long historical perspective, the containment of the United States is not a big deal for the Chinese nation. In the early years of the Tang Dynasty, he also suffered from the impact of the Turkic army coming to the Chang'an City and had to sign the " Weishui Alliance" with him. However, in just a few years, the Tang Dynasty made the Eastern Turks surrender and the Western Turks destroyed the country. Today, the United States' containment, suppression, encirclement and slander has brought many specific difficulties to Chinese companies and the Chinese people. But in fact, let's think about it from another perspective. The existence of "strong enemies" like the United States will just stimulate the great cohesion and explosive power of the Chinese nation. Many years later, we can even say that the United States is the best "training" on the road to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
