Then, I contacted a logistics company through boss direct recruitment . This logistics company claims to have a stable supply and route. You don’t need to load and unload, just drive and pick up goods every day, and you can earn more than 12,000 yuan a month.
But the premise is that you must buy a four-meter second truck or rent a truck from the company. Otherwise, the company refuses to provide supply and routes, and drivers are not allowed to bring their own vehicles.
At that time, I was deeply attracted by the monthly income promised by this logistics company.
And when I told my thoughts to my family, they all advised me to think twice. Because they think that if they buy a car, there is no goods to pull and no route to run, what should they do then?
Two of my relatives work in the court. After hearing this idea, they advised me not to do it. They also said that when they sue, they received cases where they bought trucks without supply and no routes. Nowadays, many leather bag companies are fake delivery sources and really selling cars, and they are all scams.
But I couldn't listen to anyone's persuasion at that time and insisted on doing my own thing. I made my own decision and borrowed 100,000 yuan to buy a four-meter van from this logistics company.
At that time, I didn’t believe that the scam routines that others mentioned would be encountered by me. I firmly believe that as long as I bought a truck in this company, I would definitely make a lot of money by working hard.

Or you can go outside and find the source of goods and the route, and then ask you to come back when the company has the source of goods later.
It was at this moment that I completely realized that I was cheated. company looks like a dead pig is not afraid of boiling water, and doesn't care. And my vehicle and I cannot stop because I have a car loan every month and I have to live.
So, I ran around and searched for sources of goods and routes. Many logistics companies do not want external vehicles.
Some logistics companies need external vehicles, but if they want to pick up goods from the company, they have to pay a franchise fee of 10,000 yuan or a deposit of 10,000 yuan. These are all bag companies, and they are all the same routines and methods. I am really speechless!
Finally, just like everyone saw at the beginning of the article. After a long struggle, I had no choice but to let my family transfer 70,000 yuan to me. After paying back the car loan, I applied for a detention and finally sold the vehicle.

Actually, I want to say that the company signed a contract with me at the beginning, and it was a formal contract. But to put it bluntly, if the company really wants to deceive the drivers who buy cars with him, they will tamper with the contract.
I took my contract to the law firm to go to the lawsuit. But after the lawyer looked at my contract, he suggested that I should not sue.
Lawyer believes that although this contract was signed by the company and us drivers, it should have been made by someone else. Why do you say that? Because there are many questions and content about the company in the contract, and it is not written in it at all.
For example, the source of goods, routes and freight costs are also the problem. If the driver buys a truck in the company, if there is no goods to make money in the future, then the company will care? Will you compensate or not? How much will it be compensated if you pay? How to compensate?
These questions are not written in at all, so many of the contents of the contract are ambiguous. The lawyer also suggested that I just admit defeat and not sue, because if I go to a lawsuit, I am unlikely to win the lawsuit.
