On the banks of Qiantang River in Hangzhou Binjiang District , Zhang Xiaomeng has been working in Hangzhou Anheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. During the construction of Huoshenshan Hospital, the "security guards" wore stuffy and breathable protective clothing, almost sleepless, shortening the system construction work that originally took 30 days to three or four days. Zhang Xiaomeng and his team's courage in the face of difficulties also infected others. When they learned that the blood in Hangzhou Blood Bank was in urgent need of blood, nearly 100 employees of Anheng Information actively signed up in just 2 hours, with a total blood donation of 23,600 ml. When they learned that Xilong Village, Nanhu Street, Pu'an County, Guizhou Province lacked funds to develop the ancient tea industry, they donated 260,000 yuan to the village and jointly built a tea industry cooperative with it to help build the "Pu'an Red" tea brand. The core of poverty alleviation is to improve the local "hematopoietic function". In June 2019, Zhang Xiaomeng came to Xilong Village, Guizhou for on-site visit. In a dilapidated house in the village, he saw two worn-out children playing, and no one was taking care of them at home. He learned that this family was very poor and had no time to care about food and clothing, let alone the education of their children. This scene touched Zhang Xiaomeng.
