Transportation is on the front line of epidemic prevention and control, and is also an important foundation for ensuring the normal life of the people and promoting the stability of the industrial chain and supply chain. On July 22, the Municipal Transportation Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau issued a document to provide epidemic prevention subsidies to transportation enterprises, and all qualified enterprises (individual industrial and commercial households) can apply. It is estimated that more than 2,300 enterprises (individual industrial and commercial households) in the city can enjoy an epidemic prevention subsidy of about 13 million yuan.
1 epidemic prevention subsidy covers eight types of enterprises (individual industrial and commercial households) including road passenger transport enterprises (including passenger stations), public transportation passenger transport enterprises, parade taxi enterprises, road freight transport enterprises, key source freight stations, water passenger transport enterprises, water freight transport enterprises, port cargo loading and unloading enterprises. Except for provincial special funds for transportation epidemic prevention, the remaining subsidy funds are financed by each district, county (city).

1, road passenger transport enterprises (including passenger stations)
subsidy standard: 1 From January 1 to June 30, 2022, enterprises shall do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and actively participate in resumption of work and production according to the requirements, and shall be given grading subsidies according to the number of actual operating vehicles of the enterprise and the level of passenger stations. The specific standard is: the number of actual operating vehicles in the enterprise is 4 levels: 20 (inclusive), 21-50, 51-100, 101 or above, and epidemic prevention subsidies of 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 yuan, and 40,000 yuan respectively. The passenger station will provide epidemic prevention subsidies of 20,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 80,000 yuan respectively according to the three levels of third-level station, second-level station and first-level station.

2, public transportation passenger transport enterprises
subsidy standard: is registered and established within the administrative area of Shaoxing City , has independent legal person qualifications, and has more than 1 million passengers from January to June 2022, the epidemic prevention subsidy will be given at a standard of 100,000 yuan per company.

3, cruising taxi companies
subsidy standard: 1 From January 1 to June 30, 2022, enterprises shall provide grading subsidies according to the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and actively participate in resumption of work and production, respectively, subsidies shall be given according to the number of actual operating vehicles of the company. The specific standards are: enterprises with less than 50 vehicles (including), 51-100 vehicles, 101-150 vehicles, 151 vehicles or above, and will be given 10,000 yuan, 15,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan and 25,000 yuan respectively.

4, road freight transport enterprises
subsidy standard: From January 1 to June 30, 2022, enterprises shall provide grading subsidies according to the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and actively participate in resumption of work and production, respectively, according to the number of actual operating vehicles (excluding trailers). The specific standards are: enterprises with 1-5 vehicles, 6-20 vehicles, 21-50 vehicles, 51 vehicles or above, and will be given 2,000 yuan, 10,000 yuan, 15,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan respectively. will give another 10,000 yuan subsidy reward to road freight companies above the designated size that have applied for the "carbon-efficient code" of transportation and have green codes in the second quarter of 2022.

7. Water freight transport enterprises
subsidy standard: From January 1 to June 30, 2022, if enterprises or individual industrial and commercial households do a good job in epidemic prevention and control according to requirements and actively participate in resumption of work and production, water freight enterprises will be given epidemic prevention subsidies at the standard of 10,000 yuan per company, and individual industrial and commercial households will be given epidemic prevention subsidies at the standard of 00,500 yuan per household.

Application process
Application process includes four steps: application, review, public announcement, and allocation. The enterprise (individual industrial and commercial household) will bring the application materials to the local transportation industry management department. The application time of should be no later than on September 15, 2022; the local transportation industry management department will review and publicize it through the government website. After the public announcement expires, the local transportation industry management department will allocate it to the enterprise (individual industrial and commercial household).
