Since the State Council held a national teleconference on the rectification of the problem of illegal occupation of cultivated land in rural areas on July 3, New Taipei District has taken the rectification of the problem of illegal occupation of cultivated land in rural areas as an important political task, and has vigorously promoted and implemented it, achieving remarkable results. Within the time stipulated by the Joint Office for the Special Rectification of the Problem of Rural Abuse of Cultivated Agrarian Land in New Taipei District, all 7,300 maps passed the provincial review, with an audit approval rate of 100%.
First, strengthen organizational leadership and carefully study and deploy. The High-tech Zone Branch immediately reported to the district government to establish a joint meeting on the special rectification of the problem of illegal occupation of cultivated land in rural areas in New Taipei District, issued the "Implementation Plan for the Investigation of the Issues of Rural Occupy Land in Rural Occupy Land in Rural Occupy Land in New Taipei District", held several special rectification and promotion meetings on the problem of illegal occupation of cultivated land in rural areas in the district, and compiled and issued the "Excerpts of the Related Policies and Regulations on Rural Housing Construction". All towns (streets) have also established joint meetings and offices to unify their thinking and understand and clarify their work goals.
The second is to implement responsibilities at all levels and provide in-depth guidance and supervision. A special rectification work leading group for the branch’s rural illegal occupation of cultivated land for building houses was established, and the responsibilities of relevant departments were clarified. According to work needs, two business guidance and work promotion groups were established according to the east and west areas divided into the entire district. Due to the tight time and heavy tasks in the survey, the staff gave up the statutory holidays such as Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day and weekends, worked overtime and worked continuously, and carried out business guidance in townships one by six times. They also supervised and spotted the survey maps twice in conjunction with member units of the district joint meeting to ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the survey work.
The third is to strengthen technical support and achieve survey results. After the Provincial Department issued a suspected map on September 24, the High-tech Zone Branch promptly convened relevant departments to conduct business seminars, reversed the work schedule, clarified the work tasks, and established a daily survey work progress statistics and reporting system. Starting from October 10, 12 technical personnel from the technical support unit have entered various townships (streets) to guide information collection, form filling and handling of difficult problems. The total number of maps to be investigated in New Taipei District is 7,300, with an area of 9,967.1 mu. Among them, there were 5,561 maps not included in the survey, with an area of 8,250.4 mu; there were 1,739 maps not included in the survey, with an area of 1,716.6 mu. At present, all maps have passed the municipal and provincial review.
Next step, the High-tech Zone Branch will analyze and compare the survey information, accurately classify and correct the data, and on the basis of sufficient research, put forward opinions and suggestions on classified disposal, providing a basis for the second stage of centralized rectification.
