Vehicles and itinerary codes have traffic records in Lanzhou or their ID card address are traffic records in Lanzhou City (except for local household registration vehicles).
19.S38 Wangxia Expressway: The itinerary code outside the Wanggeertang and Xiahe toll stations shows the vehicles of Lanzhou personnel.
