"We transferred the contact information of Russian citizens and Ukrainian military intelligence officials on the list and handed it over to the department to let trained professionals there figure it out, the list is quite long," the hacker group member said.

A member of the Russian hacker group RaHDit who asked not to be named said that the organization identified Russian citizens who cooperated with the Ukrainian military intelligence department and handed the list to the competent authorities. The hacker group member said: "We transferred the contact information between Russian citizens and Ukrainian military intelligence officials on the list and handed it over to the department to be submitted, so that the trained professionals there can figure it out. The list is quite long."

The organization's hackers suggested that Russian citizens who cooperate with the Ukrainian military intelligence agencies confess to the competent authorities themselves. "A pretty good list has been obtained, so the only thing we can suggest is that those citizens who are working together will surrender themselves now."

Nigeria Ambassador to Moscow Abdullahi Shehu said in an interview with Satellite News Agency that the country is willing to consider recognizing the requests of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic if it receives that request.

Yang Binguo commented: Today's comments are two items. First, let's look at the first one, about the Russian hacker group claiming to have obtained a list of Russian citizens acting as "spy", and pointed out that this list is quite long. There is a joke on the Chinese Internet: There are two types of hackers in the world, Russian hackers and hackers in other countries in the world. It means that Russian hackers are "very powerful". It is difficult for laymen to guess how powerful they are.

Not long ago, Russian media reported that the hacker organization RaHDit released a batch of information about the staff of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense's Intelligence Bureau and its related personnel on the official website of "NemeZida (Avengers). The document involves 2,500 people, including the criminal nature of personnel of the Ukrainian Intelligence Agency, including drug users, convicted of robbery, illegal smuggling of weapons and drugs, burglary, serious injury to others and rape.

The hacker organization's capabilities are not limited to this. They claimed to the outside world that they had established a roadmap model for the Ukrainian army and provided transmission channels to the Russian army. Just recently, the hacker group announced to the public the list of thousands of spies in Ukraine around the world, including India, Italy, , Türkiye, and Russia. If true, it will definitely be a major blow to Ukrainian intelligence agencies.

Ukraine has not made a public response to the actions of Russian hackers, but a news seems to be responding to the matter. Zelinsky recently announced a sudden suspension of the National Security Director and the Attorney General. This is very surprising. Zelinsky gave the reason that these two departments cooperated with Russian-controlled officials in areas such as Donbass . Logically speaking, there are many departmental officials in the Ukrainian region controlled by Russia, including executive departments. So should the president and the prime minister also be responsible?

Perhaps it has been questioned by outside Ukraine at home and abroad. Andrei Smirnov, deputy director of Zelensky's office, said that the suspension of Attorney General Irina Venetittova and Ivan Bakanov, director of the National Security Agency, did not mean that the two were fired.

Let's look at another news, and there is currently a fourth country claiming to be ready to recognize the independence of the Donbass region. This is not good news for Ukraine, the United States and the West. Although a very small number of countries recognize Donbass' independence, it has a considerable exemplary role in "breaking open" the "iron nets" of the United States and the West. Most of these countries are "forced by the United States to almost no way out", but for more "anti-US" countries, this demonstration effect is potential. Although the probability of a large-scale " domino effect " is very small, the " authoritative effect " attack on the United States and the West is real. The world is not a "one-man show" between the United States and the West, and Ukraine can only be said to have been affected by the United States.
