China Taiwan Network July 26th According to Taiwan's "East Sen News Cloud", previously, former CEO of the Kuomintang's policy meeting Tsai Zhengyuan was sentenced to detention by the Taipei District Court for suspected encroachment and hollowing out 370 million yuan (NT$) during his tenure as chairman of "China Film". It is reported that the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office pointed out in the transcript of the accountant Lin Kuan's photo of the case that the "China Film" assets were seriously undervalued and sold. In addition, Cai Zhengyuan accused the whereabouts of the money on Facebook in 2016, only the party chairman knew about it, which was equivalent to publicly naming Ma Ying-jeou, so there may be a major turning point. Regarding the "China Film" case getting bigger and bigger, Democratic Progressive Party's "legislator" Lin Junxian asked Cai Zhengyuan to work harder and "explore all the criminal rats."

The Kuomintang suspected that it sold its party-owned "Three Central" equity, namely "China Film", "China Guangxi" and "China Television" to private units at a low price. After nearly 10 years of investigation, the "special investigation team" announced the investigation of the entire case by "investigating all illegal evidence". However, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office recently received a report and once again investigated the "China Film Crack Case" and summoned Cai Zhengyuan and his wife Hong Lingshi and others to talk to him. The prosecution was charged with crimes involving possession and treason, and the risk of collusion with witnesses, accomplices and escape. On the 18th, he convicted Cai Zhengyuan and was allowed to be granted, while Hong Lingshi paid a bail of 3 million yuan and restricted his exit from the country.

However, Hong Kong "Mirror Weekly" reported that Tsai Zhengyuan once said that he was commissioned by Ma Ying-jeou to deal with the sale of "China Film" and accused him of knowing the flow of transaction funds. In addition, the Beijing Procuratorate currently has the transcript of Lin Kuanzhao, which confirmed that the party property was indeed sold at a low price, and the whole case may develop upward.

In response to this, Lin Junxian hopes that Cai Zhengyuan will "work harder" and expose all the rats involved in criminal facts, so that these criminals hidden in the shadows can be punished by law. He also called on Ma Ying-jeou to say that if he believes that he is clear and open, he should make an explanation publicly and clarify the truth. (China Taiwan Network Guo Xiaokang)
