After the Hepu County Court frozen the bank account and the sugar produced under the name of Weiheng Company, in order to protect the development of private enterprises, it did not directly seal the sugar and production equipment of the person subject to auction, but mediated several times. The two parties finally reached an agreement: Weiheng Sugar Industry Co., Ltd. paid the principal of 6 million yuan, the case acceptance fee of 26,900 yuan, and the interest of 1.38 million yuan to Hengteng Company, and Hengteng Company agreed to close the case.
