Registration time
Fresh students must hold an admission notice (fresh students who go to junior college to undergraduate must also hold their junior college diploma) from September 5 to September 6. Those who cannot report on time for some reason should ask for leave from the Admissions and Employment Department three days in advance. Those who have not applied for leave or have not registered for more than 2 weeks after the deadline will be automatically waived. The school will no longer accept the registration requirements put forward by such students (inquiry, leave phone number: 0379-64270929).

Report location
1. The student himself shall report to the college where the campus designated by the Admission Notice is located with his admission notice, admission ticket and ID card, and complete the registration procedures; if the above documents are lost in , the relevant certificate must be issued; for those who have lost the admission ticket, they shall go to the municipal admissions office to reissue before reporting, and post photos of the admission notice in the same background.
2. During the specified registration date (please do not report in advance), the school has free welcome new students at Luoyang Railway Station (note: not Luoyang East Station ) and Luoyang Longmen High-speed Railway Station respectively. If you take the transportation mode yourself, please refer to the traffic route prompted in the table below to reach the corresponding registration location:

Tips: You can drive by yourself from:
①Lianhuo Expressway Luoyang Station , and go south along Wangcheng Avenue for about 15 kilometers;
② Erguang Expressway Guanlin Station , and go west along Kaiyuan Avenue for about 7 kilometers;
③ Ganquan River ( Luoyang New District ) toll station , and go east along Kaiyuan Avenue for about 5 kilometers to the Kaiyuan Campus of Henan University of Science and Technology.

The accommodation fee is charged according to the standard for freshmen to choose their own dormitory online. Those who fail to successfully select dormitory online are charged according to the standard for pre-subscribed dormitory beds; the textbook fee is the pre-collected fee, and after entering the school, the more refund or less compensation will be paid according to the actual use of the textbook fee.

Payment method
All fees for our school are paid by bank deduction. Fresh students must deposit the total fee amount in the bank card of China Construction Bank sent with the notice 7 days before reporting (please deposit at least 1 yuan as the account balance) in accordance with the total fee total of the "Henan University of Science and Technology 2019 New Students' Course Standards" and modify the password in time. The school will complete the deduction of all expenses within 7 days before the freshmen registering, and the college where the freshmen is located will send the payment receipt to the freshmen at the time of registration.

0 New generation files and transfer of party and youth league organization relations
1. New students' paper files can be collected by themselves at the admissions office of the county (city, district) where they are located, and they will be handed over to the college student office when they are registered. Before October 31, those without paper files will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
2. New party members outside Henan Province are required to bring a "Letter of Organizational Relations Introduction" issued by local party organizations at or above the county level and a "Party Member Registration Form" stamped with the official seal of the grassroots party committee. The letter of introduction is "The Organization Department of the Working Committee of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China" and the destination is "XX College of Henan University of Science and Technology"; freshmen in Henan Province need to transfer organizational relations online through the national party member management information system, and the destination is "XX College Committee of Henan University of Science and Technology of Henan University of Science and Technology", and there is no need to issue a paper letter of introduction. When reporting, hand over the party member’s files, letter of introduction (outside the province), and party member information collection form (outside the province) to the party committee of the college (inquiry phone number: 0379-64231437).
3. The relationship between the freshmen’s Youth League organization and the files of the League members will be submitted to the College Youth League Committee when reporting (inquiry hotline: 0379-64231442).

New student household registration processing
According to the provisions of the document "Yu Gong (Tong) [2002] No. 85" of the Henan Provincial Public Security Department, the school does not accept the household registration transfer procedures for students of this province.New students with agricultural household registration can go to the local police station to complete the agricultural non-return procedures with admission notice and admission ticket; in principle, freshmen from other provinces do not transfer their household registration. If they voluntarily move their household registration to the school, they must submit the " household registration migration certificate " to the school security department when they register for admission. Physical examination and re-examination of freshmen's admission qualifications
Freshmen must undergo a physical examination after admission. According to the provisions of the Price Department of the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the physical examination fee will be 30 yuan per student, and the expenses will be borne by themselves. If the physical examination fails, the school will deal with it depending on the physical examination. Within three months of admission to freshmen, the school will conduct a comprehensive review of the admission qualifications of freshmen in accordance with relevant regulations, and strictly investigate those who defraud the college entrance examination bonus points and admission qualifications or impostors.

Other precautions
1. New students must hold an ID card when reporting, and the information such as the ID card name, number, date of birth, etc. must be consistent with the information in the admission electronic file. If the ID card information is inconsistent or the admission ticket is lost and the relevant certificate is not issued, the school will not accept it.
2. When handling household registration transfer procedures and party and league relations, freshmen must carefully check the name and date of birth. The names on household registration, ID card, party and league relations must be consistent with the names in the admission notice.
3. All kinds of charging items are collected by the school’s financial department, and the school does not entrust any other department or individual to collect any fees.
4. Freshmen can log in to the system after 9:00 on August 24 to choose their own dormitory online (see the attached page "Freshmen's own choice of dormitory process"). The opening time of the online self-selected dormitory is from 9:00 on August 24, 2019 to 17:00 on August 27 (inquiry hotline: Kaiyuan Campus 0379-64830618; Xiyuan Campus 0379-64282853).
5. The school requires new students to dress uniformly in military training. Our school purchases military training clothing through public bidding and centralized procurement. When freshmen report, they voluntarily purchase according to the actual bidding price (inquiry hotline: 0379-64231940).
6. When a freshman comes to school, he can buy a half-price hard seat train ticket from his family's location to Luoyang Railway Station, or a 25% off second-class ticket to Luoyang Longmen High-speed Railway Station. During the registration period of freshmen, the school welcome station, staff and vehicles are all wearing signs. Please be careful to check and do not be deceived.
7. New students who are admitted to our school must go to the recruitment office of the county (city, district) where they enlist and fill out the "Reserved Admission Qualification Application Form for Freshmen to be admitted to ordinary colleges and universities", and then the freshmen themselves or their parents will bring their admission tickets, ID cards, admission notices, admission notices and the above-mentioned retained admission qualification application forms, and go to the Admissions Section of our school's Admissions and Employment Department (Kaiyuan Campus Library 306) from September 7 to September 8 to go to the Admissions Department of our school's Admissions and Employment Department (Kaiyuan Campus Library 306). No fees are required for such freshmen.
8. The school has produced campus card for each freshman, and will be distributed by the college where the freshman is located when reporting. The campus card can be recharged online using the "I iUST" APP, used for consumption such as dining, bathing, etc., and also has functions such as book borrowing and channel attendance. Starting from September 4, freshmen can recharge their campus cards through the "I University of Science and Technology" APP, and receive the campus cards when they register and use them.
