Fujian Bioengineering Vocational and Technical College is located in Fuzhou, a historical and cultural city. Its predecessor was Fujian Medical School (founded in 1980). The school connects with the Healthy China strategy and positions the health industry to run schools. It is one of the earliest vocational colleges in China to carry out the training of elderly care talents. In 2018, the rehabilitation and treatment technology major of Fujian Biological Engineering Vocational and Technical College successfully passed the modern apprenticeship pilot acceptance. Based on summarizing the experience of the modern apprenticeship system, the school has built the first batch of modern apprenticeship systems in Fujian - the "binary system" school management model, recruiting employees of enterprises to improve their full-time education. Fujian Bioengineering Vocational and Technical College is the first in China to propose and develop health-friendly technology concepts.
