Experts from the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention reminded yesterday that after children are vaccinated with the new crown vaccine, parents should make arrangements for their lifestyles such as diet and exercise.
First of all, in terms of diet, it is recommended not to give children irritating foods, fish and shrimps and other seafood, and try to taste light. Ensure that the food is diverse every day, with appropriate amounts of lean meat, 1-2 eggs, at least 300 ml of milk, soy products, supplement high-quality protein, and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Reduce fried, barbecue, pickled foods and various processed foods with high oil, high salt and high sugar.
Secondly, in terms of exercise, if there are no special circumstances, do not cancel your children's daily exercise. Do one hour of sports at or outside the school every day, especially do more outdoor activities. Avoid sitting for a long time, reduce video time, and watch mobile phones, computers, TVs and other electronic products for no more than 2 hours a day.
In addition, you should also pay attention to your schedule every day. Children aged 3-11 should try to ensure 10 hours of sleep every day, especially on the day of vaccination, to avoid staying up late and overwork.
Experts from the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention remind parents that the effectiveness of any vaccine cannot reach 100%, so even if you are vaccinated with the new crown vaccine, parents and children still need to abide by various prevention and control measures, insist on taking personal protection, wear masks consciously, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and gather less. Maintain environmental sanitation and do not throw away discarded masks.
