Fuchang Expressway Renmin Street Exit Reform Project is 12.623 kilometers long and covers an area of ​​169 hectares. The starting point of the line is located on the north side of the natural village, connecting to the current Fuchang Expressway . Along the line, passing through Chaoyang District , Nanguan District , and Jingyue High-tech Zone, the end point is located on the south side of the South Fourth Ring Road, and connecting to the current Yatai Street extension line. The project adopts the standard of a two-way eight-lane expressway with a designed speed of 120 km/h, and the roadbed width is 42 meters. There is 1 channel, 2 culverts, 2 interchangeable three-dimensional intersections, 2 toll stations, and 1 maintenance work area.

As a large-scale highway project, this project adopts prefabricated technology, has clear stress and good performance, which can not only reduce the cost and shorten the on-site construction cycle, and is a green and environmentally friendly construction method. At the same time, the project uses the digital management platform to achieve the integration of BIM technology and construction management. Based on BIM technology, the three-dimensional visualization and information integration of BIM technology are fully utilized, so that each participating unit can understand the implementation process of the entire project intuitively and meticulously, improve the quality and efficiency of work, reduce the labor and time costs in docking, and enhance the comprehensive analysis, management and auxiliary decision-making capabilities of project construction. The project also uses computer-controlled tensioning oil pump and jack , and uses the measurement data feedback of the force sensor and displacement sensor to realize synchronous and accurate tensioning of prestressed , while storing the data of the tensioning process, so that historical data can be viewed at any time.

This project is of great significance to Changchun's economic and social development. It adopts the viaduct solution from the east side of Yongchun Planning Zone to avoid the division of Yongchun Planning Zone. It is of great significance to build Yongchun Planning Zone into the core of the future Changnan Southwest and become the high-end service center of Northeast Asia , and the high-end business, intellectual and cultural center of Northeast China.
