This sports meeting is for all cadres and staff in provincial organs, and is held in three stages: March is the audition competition, April to May is the event selection competition, and June to July is the training team to participate in the provincial finals. After the provincial units independently select advantageous projects to organize auditions according to the trade union organization management system, the provincial government office work committee organizes selection competitions in separate projects, selecting the best teams and athletes to train and form teams to participate in the provincial finals.
