The 4th National Games of Minggang Town are sponsored by the town government and co-organized by the Minggang Cultural Development Service Center, the Municipal High School, the Town Central School, and the Xinyang Radio and Television Station Minggang Radio and Television Center. The town has established the Organization Committee of the Fourth National Games Conference. The organizing committee has several groups under the organizing committee, responsible for the preparation, comprehensive coordination and other work of the sports meeting.

Sports Games Instructions
1. The leaders and coaches of each team should strengthen the ideological and political education and management of athletes and establish a good competition atmosphere.
2. Referees must carefully study the "General Principles of the Competition Rules of the Fourth National Games of Minggang Town", be serious, modest and prudent, seek truth from facts, fair and accurate. Adhere to the standards of sports ethics evaluation, obey leadership, and abide by discipline. If a referee commits fraud, once discovered, he will be removed from the list on the spot and criticize him.
3. Athletes should respect the referee, obey the ruling, obey the command, and strictly prohibit strikes and fraud. Once the ruling is made, they should insist on obeying. We must carry forward the excellent qualities of not being arrogant when winning or not being discouraged when defeating, and strive to achieve excellent results.
4. Referees and staff should arrive at their posts 30 minutes in advance, cooperate closely, do their duties conscientiously, and actively do their jobs well. Those who leave without permission, affect the normal progress of the competition and those who are serious in the situation should be replaced and seriously criticized.
5. Participants must arrive 20 minutes in advance. When participating, they must present their ID card and the on-site referee can only participate in the competition. Others are strictly prohibited from replacing and making fraud.
6. Take care of public property, do a good job in safety education, eliminate unsafe factors in all links, and strictly prevent the occurrence of various accidents.
7. The team leader should be fully responsible for athletes' accommodation, round-trip rides and safety, to ensure the successful success of the sports meeting.
Sports Games Time and Location
On November 25, 2018, it was held in the four high places in the city. A grand opening ceremony will be held at that time, with the competition time of three days.

2. The participating team members must be over 18 years old (born before November 2000), be healthy, and have no diseases or chronic diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise such as hypertension and heart disease.
3. A team member is only allowed to represent one unit to participate in the competition, otherwise the team member’s team will be disqualified from participating.

3. Athletes are not allowed to abstain after registering. If there is indeed any injury or illness, they must be replaced. Only after the organizing committee agrees, but no replacement is allowed.

After stamping the official seal of the unit and the unit’s commentary will be collected and reviewed by each office and the Party Working Committee before November 10, 2018, and then submitted to the qualification review group of the organizing committee (Minggang Library) for review.
2. It is recommended that each village (community) and unit purchase short-term accident insurance for participating team members. When registering, you must provide a copy of the team member’s ID card and a disclaimer signed by all team members.
3. The competition time shall be subject to the notice of the organizing committee.
4. Each team must make a team flag: the team flag is red-bottomed and yellow, with a specification of 1.5×2.5 meters, the flagpole is 3.0 meters long, and the team naming method is "*** Team".
1. The top three are rewarded for group projects, with the first place being 1,000 yuan, the second place being 800 yuan, and the third place being 600 yuan.
2. The individuals are rewarded with the top three, with the first place being 500 yuan, the second place being 300 yuan, and the third place being 200 yuan.
