In order to implement the national strategy of national fitness in depth, integrate sports into the development of the new district, fully demonstrate the new achievements in high-quality economic and social development of the new district, and gather the tremendous strength to build a modern, open, vibrant and fashionable international new district, Qingdao West Coast New District decided to hold the National Games every four years from 2021. The competition has 22 major events, which are planned to start from May to the end of October, and will be held successively for 6 months. We strive to make this sports event the largest, longest-lasting, most involved, and most influential sports event in the new district, and present a gift to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party.

Now publicly collects the design plan for the emblem of the National Games from the public.

Design requirements

. The work should fully demonstrate the historical and humanistic spirit of Qingdao West Coast New District and be in line with the National Games' "national participation, national movement, national health, and national happiness". Highlight the theme of "National Fitness and Health New Area", carry forward the main theme of socialism, conform to the characteristics of the times, and show the style of the times of sports development.

. The style of the work is not limited and must be original. It has not been published in any form before. No plagiarism or alteration of other works shall be made, and no third party's intellectual property rights shall be infringed.

. The design adopts color graphic design, with certain composition rules, unique composition, clear and smooth patterns, concise and generous colors, appropriate meanings, and gives people a deep impression. Can be clearly displayed in different proportions. The design draft should be accompanied by certain written descriptions.

4. The emblem will continue to use at the subsequent Qingdao West Coast New District National Games.

Submission content

. Copy of the applicant's name (or unit name), mailing address, contact number and personal valid certificate. If you submit a work in the name of a group, you must submit a relevant qualification certificate (including the award status).

. The application work submission format is jpg, with a resolution of 300dpi. If the work is successfully selected, the applicant must provide the Ai format file.

Notes

. The works to be recruited shall not violate relevant laws and regulations.

. The works to be recruited shall not contain any content suspected of ethnic discrimination, religious discrimination, threatening friendly neighborly relations between countries, and other content that is contrary to social morality.

. The works to be recruited should be clearly different from the logos (LOGOs) of major sports events in the past at home and abroad, and shall not be the same or similar to the logos of the People's Republic of China or any other country or region.

4. The applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the works submitted and all other related documents.

5. All expenses arising from the participation of the solicitation activity are borne by yourself.

6. Once the work is adopted, the intellectual property rights belong to the organizing committee.

7. All works received will not be returned. Please keep your own draft.

8. If the contractor is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delay in mailing, lost or damaged by mailing, misdelivery, insufficient postage, theft or other non-sourcing parties.

Reward method

selected 3 pieces from all the works to be shortlisted. The final design plan was rewarded with 30,000 yuan, and the two plans that were shortlisted but not adopted were rewarded with 5,000 yuan each.

deadline

1 supplicant works must be delivered or mailed before June 10, 2021 (the postmark shall prevail) to the Education and Sports Bureau of Qingdao West Coast New District. The selection results will be announced on June 30.
