In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions to “extensively carry out national fitness activities and accelerate the construction of a strong sports country”, welcoming the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party. According to the work deployment of the prefecture people’s government, Changji Prefecture plans to hold the first National Games in 2022. From now on, the theme slogans, emblems, logos and medals of the first National Games of Changji Prefecture will be publicly collected from all walks of life. The collection plan is as follows:

2. Collection content and requirements

(I) Theme slogan

1. Theme slogan requires the atmosphere of the times, concise words, beautiful words, uplifting, strong infectiousness, and can reflect the Chinese sports spirit and the characteristics of Changjizhou national fitness sports.
2. The theme slogans should fully reflect the cultural heritage of Changjizhou and the regional characteristics of the hosting place. The text is concise, concise and easy to remember, the theme is prominent, the meaning is profound, catchy and full of beauty. It is appropriate to have attractiveness and appeal.

3. The theme slogan needs to be accompanied by a brief text creation concept (200-500 words).

(II) Emblem and monogram design drawing

1. Emblem and monogram should reflect the regional characteristics and cultural connotation of "Silk Road, prosperity and auspiciousness". Designed with color graphic, it has certain composition rules, bright colors, clear patterns, concise and generous, unique creativity, appropriate meaning, strong sense of the times and visual impact, and must have distinct symbolic meaning and sports charm, and have high recognition.

2. The work must be a colored original manuscript and can be clearly displayed in different proportions and sizes, suitable for the dissemination and re-creation of flat, three-dimensional and electronic media. The file format must include standard color values, standard fonts), and creative concept text descriptions (within 300 words) in Word format.

3. The design plan must be submitted for electronic design draft. Electronic design drafts include: color design artwork (the artwork size is A4 paper size, resolution is 300, format is exported JPG preview, and source file). The source file format version stored in CDR works is 14.0.

(III) Medal

1. Medal design collection includes the front, back, hook, strap, and packaging box. Each set of medals includes three categories: gold medal, silver medal, and bronze medal.

2. The design of the medal should conform to the core values ​​and goals of sports, fully reflecting the concept and vision of the first National Games in Changjizhou; it should achieve beautiful appearance design and artistic level; it should pay attention to material requirements, reflect the level of science and technology and the concept of sustainable development; it should consider that production technology can meet mass production needs.  

3. The works to be recruited must be color design artwork, including front, side and back, materials and process descriptions; the scheme can be clearly displayed in different proportions and sizes, suitable for the dissemination and re-creation of flat, three-dimensional and electronic media. It is also accompanied by a design description of no more than 300 words, mainly explaining the design ideas, concepts and meanings of the medal. The design draft specification is A4 color draft, electronic file uses JPG format to preview the drawing (resolution is 300), and turns the source file.

3. Submit the works to be recruited

1. The person who recruits can be an individual or a group, can complete the work alone, or can complete one or more works together with others.

2. The content of the applicant's application can be one or more of the contents.

3. Profile of the applicant (including the name or group name of the applicant, mailing address, contact number, and a copy of the valid personal or group certificate). Applicants who submit their works in the name of a group must submit a relevant qualification certificate.

4. Selection and award settings

The theme slogans, emblems, logos and medals collected at the first National Games of Changji Prefecture, follow the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and adopt a combination of primary selection of works and public voting. The selection is organized in two steps:

(I) Preliminary selection of works: The organizer conducts preliminary screening, and the theme slogans, emblems, monograms, medals, and 10 works are selected at each preliminary selection.

(II) Public voting: Online public voting is launched, and the top 3 are selected for each emblem, monogram, theme slogan and medal.

(III) Review of the jury: The organizer organizes relevant experts to study and determine the theme slogan, emblem, monogram, and medals, and 1 adoption award and 2 excellent awards for each of the theme slogans, emblems, monograms and medals. The final winning works will be published on the Changjizhou Cultural Tourism WeChat official account platform and the award certificate will be awarded.

(IV) Award settings:

1. Theme promotional slogan adopts a prize of 3,000 yuan (before tax), and the excellence award is 1,000 yuan (before tax). Different authors won the same award and the award funds were distributed evenly.

2. The emblem and monogram use prize of 5,000 yuan (before tax), and the excellence award of 2,000 yuan (before tax). Different authors won the same award and the award funds were distributed evenly.

5. Related statements

(I) The works to be recruited shall not contain content that violates the " Constitution of the People's Republic of China " and any other laws and regulations, and shall not contain any content suspected of ethnic discrimination, religious discrimination, or other content that is contrary to social morality.

(II) The works that are applied for or materials used for creation or design shall not infringe on the copyright, trademark rights, intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any third party. The applicant shall bear all liability for any disputes and legal liability arising from this. Once discovered, his qualification for participation will be immediately cancelled and the bonus will be recovered.

(III) Once the work is shortlisted, the copyright, intellectual property and use rights of the work itself and its materials belong to the organizer. The Preparatory Committee of the First National Games of Changji Prefecture has the right to decide the use occasion, usage method and time of the work to be recruited. The winners shall not, under any circumstances, authorize other organizations and individuals to publish or publish selected works on their own or by themselves, and only have the right to be signed. No other fees will be paid to the applicant except to pay the prize money to the winner in accordance with this notice.

(IV) The final right to interpret this event belongs to Changjizhou Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau (Cultural Relics Bureau).
