The work team played back the monitor image to observe "Tuantuan". The screen showed that "Tuantuan" had symptoms of suspected epilepsy for 3 minutes at around 7 a.m. on August 23. The veterinarian conducted preliminary clinical examinations and invited veterinarians from the National Taiwan University Affiliated Animal Hospital to consult.
