The mainland has put the "Ununification Law" on the agenda, but "Taiwan independence" calls for a stop to the war at this time, claiming that even if the mainland chooses to use force and win, it will only be a miserable victory. At the same time, the United States continues to rush on Taiwan-related issues, cooperates with the argument of "Taiwan independence" and uses a map to make small moves.
Recently, the DPP authorities have been making small moves. When the situation in Russia and Ukraine is tense, Taiwan’s leader Tsai Ing-wen has taken advantage of the situation in Russia and Ukraine to take advantage of the situation. Not only did he order the Taiwan military to "prepare for war" to deal with all "emergencies", but he even threatened that if necessary, "the first shot is not ruled out." When the Taiwan legislative body was questioned by Taiwan, Su Zhenchang once again raised his so-called "broom protection theory" and claimed that "I am in my 70s. Even if I don't have weapons, I will fight him with a broom." He emphasized, "This is not a joke, it's determination." Not only that, the Taiwan defense department also submitted a report to the Taiwan legislature to "review and improve the human resources establishment of external purchases and defense self-made weapons and equipment", intending to expand the army of more than 50,000 to "prepare for war." Wu Zhaoxie, head of Taiwan's foreign affairs department, boasted that if the mainland misjudged the situation and took military action against Taiwan, it would definitely pay the so-called "harsh price".
In fact, just as the DPP authorities are constantly provoking, the mainland is not idle either. On March 9, during the two sessions of , a representative of the National People's Congress submitted a relevant proposal to formulate the "Law on the Unification of the Motherland" and said that the time is ripe, and it is necessary for us to take an important step in this regard. It is undeniable that this is another new bill related to the reunification of the motherland after the Anti-Secession Law. The proposal of the "Law on the Motherland Reunification" is actually equivalent to sounding the alarm for "Taiwan independence" on the island. The difference from the "Law on the Anti-Secession" is that the former focuses on "promoting unification" and the latter focuses on "anti-independence". There is no doubt that whether it is the Anti-Secession Law or the Law on the Reunification of the Motherland, or the list formulated by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council for those "Taiwan independence" diehards will become a great helper for the realization of the motherland.
It should be emphasized that the mainland has not given the Taiwan authorities opportunities, but has given too many opportunities. However, the gentle attitude not only did not restrain the "Taiwan independence" forces on the island, but instead made the group of people think that the mainland is easy to talk and easy to grasp, and does not take the mainland's warning seriously. If we really have to take the ultimate option, then the "Taiwan independence" elements on the island will definitely be in the most painful situation. At present, cross-strait relations are facing this situation. The fundamental reason is that the DPP authorities seek "independence" and collude with external forces such as the United States and Japan.
Until now, the DPP authorities still choose to reconcile with other countries in the United States and Japan, and are increasingly aggressive in their actions, and external forces led by the United States are also willing to play the "Taiwan card". Recently, the US government has made a public name on the map, trying to use a map to deny the fact that "Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory." It is reported that on March 11 local time, US President Biden officially signed a Taiwan-related bill, stipulating that the US executive department prohibits the production, procurement or display of any map that "incorrectly marks Taiwan's territory." In other words, as long as Taiwan is drawn as a correct map as part of China's territory, the US government will not allow it to be used in the future. There is no doubt that the United States' move is in cooperation with the "Taiwan independence" forces and promoting the so-called "two Chinas" and "one China and one Taiwan".
In response to the "US-Taiwan" collusion, on March 9, Wu Qian, spokesperson of the delegation of the People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force at the Fifth Session of the 13th National People's Congress, bluntly stated that the attempt of external forces such as the United States and Japan to realize their political plots of "using Taiwan to control China" by playing the "Taiwan card" is destined to be difficult to come true. The Chinese People's Liberation Army will never tolerate "Taiwan independence" separatist activities and interference from external forces, and will fight whenever it appears.
