There was construction at the exit of the tunnel at the time of the incident, and the driving lane of changed from 3 lanes to 1 lane . The reduction of lanes caused the traffic in the tunnel to be blocked. When the driver Shen (normal driver's license) drove a Guangdong T license heavy-duty dump truck at the entrance of the tunnel (the second lane from left to right), he collided with the vehicle waiting for traffic in front, causing the accident.
After testing the driver Shen, there was no alcohol or drug-related situation. After vehicle overweight test: the total weight is 53110kg, the net weight is 40685kg, the vehicle's approved load mass is 12345kg, and is overweight 230% .
According to driver Shen, the section before entering the tunnel is a slight uphill section, so its aggravates the throttle uphill .
