53.3% of working people have not taken annual leave due to the impact of the epidemic. Foreign companies have the most generous leave benefits

The report shows that foreign-funded enterprises provide the most generous paid leave. Among the respondents whose annual leave exceeds 10 days, foreign-funded/Sino-foreign joint ventures accounted for 31.1% (11-15 days) and 18% (more than 15 days), and paid leave for employees of private enterprises was relatively tight, accounting for 16.2% (11-15 days) and 12.1% (more than 15 days) respectively.

The report shows that 46.7% of people did not take annual leave in 2021, of which more than 80% had 15 days off. Among the working people who have 6-10 days of annual leave, only 38.7% have taken annual leave, and 33% of the respondents still have not taken half of the year leave. 53.3% of people in the workplace said that they did not take annual leave mainly due to the epidemic.

The report found that nearly 70% of the working people have a per capita budget of no more than 5,000 yuan during holidays. Specifically, 38.7% have a per capita budget of 3,000-5,000 yuan, 29.7% have a per capita budget of less than 3,000 yuan, 25.3% have a budget of 5,000-10,000 yuan, and only 6.3% of the respondents have a budget of more than 10,000 yuan. Among the samples with a budget of less than 3,000 yuan, locals have the largest proportion of holidays (37%). Among the samples with a budget of more than 10,000 yuan, the majority of people arranged for returning home and tourism activities (13.7%).

74.7% of white-collar workers in the workplace are still concerned about work on vacation

The report shows that only 25.3% of white-collar workers in the workplace block all work information during the trip and have a relaxed vacation experience. 74.7% will work on the road, of which 8.3% say travel is about the same as working in a different place. 44% of people in the workplace work in fragmented work along the way, and 22.3% work is handled in a certain period of time. In order to facilitate office work during the trip, 60% of respondents will carry computers or other office equipment with them during the holidays.
