On November 6, the construction of a new sewage treatment facility project of Xuchangyuan Recycled Hair Products Co., Ltd., located in the Hair Products Industrial Park of Shangji Industrial Cluster District, Jian'an District started. The start of construction has injected green energy into the subsequent production and development of the company. This is another result of the cooperation of multiple departments in Jian'an District to help the company's development since the launch of the 10,000-person enterprise assistance activity.
Xuchangyuan Recycled Hair Products Co., Ltd. is located in the Hair Products Industrial Park of Shangji Industrial Cluster District, Jian'an District, covering an area of 16666.67 square meters and a building area of 18,000 square meters. The company mainly develops and produces various process windings, human hair accessories, stall hair, and shin hair. The products are mainly sold well in Europe, the United States, Africa and other countries and regions.
Because the enterprise is in the construction of a new project in Shangji Industrial Cluster, the environmental impact assessment processing difficulties are difficult due to sewage treatment problems, which affects the progress of the project construction. In response to the problems reported by the enterprise, the 10,000-person enterprise assistance activity office of the Jian'an District, Xuchang City actively organized the Jian'an Branch of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau and the Shangji Industrial Cluster District to hold a special coordination meeting on problem solving. After communication and coordination, the enterprise guided the enterprise to build a set of sewage treatment facilities in the factory area, and after the wastewater generated by the peracid, bleaching, dyeing, water washing and other processes meet the standards, it enters the sewage pipeline network of the agglomeration area, and finally the in-depth treatment will be carried out by Jian'an District Sanda Water Co., Ltd. Subsequently, the district’s ecological environment department opened a “green service channel” for enterprises and completed environmental impact assessment procedures for enterprises within 7 days. The company’s problems were solved, achieving green production and development.
It is understood that the newly built sewage treatment facility has 200 tons of sewage treatment daily, and it is expected to be completed by the end of December 2021. In the next step, after Xuchangyuan Recycling Hair Products Co., Ltd. is successfully put into production, its annual output value will reach 200 million yuan, profit and tax of more than 40 million yuan, and more than 1,000 employees will be arranged.
