At this point, all 33 members of the 7th Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region were selected. Executive Order No. 40/2021 published in the Macao Special Administrative Region Communiqué shows that Ho Iat Seng appoints Ma Zhicheng, Qiu Tingbiao, Pang Chuan , Hu Zujie, Gao Jinhui, Chen Haoxing, and Zhang Jianzhong as members of the 7th Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region" and the "Election System of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region".

The 7th Legislative Council election of the Macao Special Administrative Region was held on the 12th.
