Here is Lanqiao Town in Lantian County, Xi'an - a township located in "Lanqiaoyu" (also known as Lanyu, Qingyu, Wuzhenyu) one of the seventy-two valleys of the Qinling Mountains.
. People in Xi'an are familiar with Lanqiao Town. Many people have also been to Lanqiao Town, including myself. I passed by Lanqiao Town at least three or four times and climbed to the top of Wangshun Mountain, but I still don’t know Lanqiao Town so well.
Until this time, I took the slow shuttle bus alone to Lanqiaoyu, wandering around this town slowly, and its beauty slowly unfolded to me.

Town and street of Lanqiao Town is in the Lanqiao Street Village , located on the north bank of Lanqiao River. The road is on the south bank of the river. So, after getting off the bus, if you want to go to town, you need to cross the bridge first.
Lanqiao Town Street is lined along the foot of the mountain, from the east to the west of the street, about 1 kilometer long. The town is very small and relatively deserted. has almost nothing except the town government, township hospitals, schools, banks, several department stores, and a row of farm stays. I went into the mountain hungry. I originally thought of going to the town to have some special snacks, but after shopping around, I didn’t find a snack stall. It was really surprising. Perhaps there are few people from other places in this town, and locals do not have the habit of eating on the street.
Come to Lanqiao Town, I plan to go to Wangshunshan to check it out. Although I had also been on Wangshun Mountain before, I took the cable car at that time. If I had time, it would be more interesting to climb the mountain by myself than taking the cable car. When I came, I asked the bus driver. The driver said that because Lanqiaoyu was flooded last year, National Highway 312 was washed away by water, and roads have been being built this year, so Wangshun Mountain has not opened, but tourists can still climb the mountain after they go, but there is no shuttle bus and cable car.

Wang Shunshan is not far from Lanqiao Town Street - at the eastern end of the street, there is a ravine extending northward, leading to a white ridge - that is "Wang Shunshan". That ravine is called "Anzigou" . From the town, you only need to walk 3 kilometers along the ravine to reach the mountain pass.
Interestingly, there is also a valley at the other end of the street called "Xieyugou ", leading to another scenic spot in Lanqiao Town - Yushan.
Yushan and Wangshun Mountain are actually different names for the same mountain, also known as Pingding Mountain, Fuche Mountain or Lantian Mountain. Because of the ancient jade production, it was named "Yushan". There are two tall peaks on the mountain. Nowadays, people are accustomed to calling the western peak "Wangshun Mountain" (2311 meters above sea level) and the eastern peak "Yushan" (2324 meters above sea level).
Du Fu Poem says: "The blue water falls from thousands of streams, and the jade mountain is high and the two peaks are cold." "Two peaks" refer to today's Yushan and Wangshun Mountain.
Lanqiao Town Street is just at the foot of Yushan and Wangshun Mountain. Whether you walk left or right, you can climb the mountain after entering the ditch.

The gate of Wang Shunshan is built at a narrow valley entrance about 1 kilometer into "Anzigou". One man is the pass, and ten thousand men cannot open it. If you want to enter the mountain by land, you must pass here. In addition, I can only take the "water road" - while the staff are not paying attention, they go down into the river and sneak up the stream.
But after I got down to the river, I stopped at the cliff (worrying about the danger of entering the mountain alone), took a few photos and turned around.
When I returned to the town, I accidentally discovered that "Bitian Cave " was on the hillside of a mountain opposite the town.

"Bitian Cave", I have heard of it, it is a natural cave. I always thought it was near 号号号号 , but I didn't expect that it was near Lanqiao Town, followed the steps along the 312 National Highway and walked up the mountain for about 5 minutes. could reach the entrance of Bitian Cave.

Bitian Cave is also known as "Xiangzi Cave", and is named after one of the Eight Immortals, Han Xiangzi, cultivates immortality and ascends to here. It is also said that The late Warring States period , Lu Buwei also went to seclusion here to practice Taoism , and realized the life wisdom of "abandoning business and entering politics", thus assisting Qin Shihuang 's father Ying Yiren , rewriting the direction of Chinese history... It is also said that in the Tang Dynasty, a scholar named Pei Hang met the fairy Yunying in the Blue Bridge. The couple practiced in the cave, and then attained the Tao and ascended, leaving behind The beautiful legend of "Meeting Immortals on Blue Bridge"...
These legends are difficult to distinguish between true and false, but it also indirectly shows that Bitian Cave became famous very early and is very famous. It is not only ranked in the "Eight Scenery of Lantian", but is known as the "Blue Bridge Immortal Cave" , but also the 58th Blessing Land of my country's Taoist 72 Blessing Lands.
The mountain where Bitian Cave is located is called "Chengxianling", also known as "Huan Gongdui". This is a mountain with karst landform, extending 5 kilometers from east to west, stretching between Lanqiaoyu and Wangyu. There is the famous " Wangchuan Cave " in the southwest, and the "Bitian Cave" and "Pearl Tower" on the northeast.
Bitian Cave is under construction to build a pavement, reinforce slopes, etc., and is not open to tourists. But the door was open, and I asked the master who was working, and I learned that I could go in.
After reaching the mountain, passes through the door hole of a building, climbs up the steps, and arrives in the front cave hall of Bitian Cave . The "Lobby" enshrines statues of all sizes of the Eight Immortals, and there are also two plaques from the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. Local officials at that time presented Bitian Cave. One said " was repeatedly blessed by gods and " and the other said " Cave Heaven and Blessing HTML ", adding some historical atmosphere to Bitian Cave.
There was a small dark cave behind it leading into the belly of the mountain. Unfortunately, an iron door sealed the entrance and locked it, so it could not be entered. The depth of Bitian Cave is said to be more than 200 meters on the website, some to be more than 800 meters, and some to be connected to Wangchuan Cave. Because there is no on-site visit, I can't tell the specific depth. Standing at the entrance of the cave, you can feel the cold air coming out of the cave.
Standing on the platform in front of Bitian Cave, overlooking Lanqiao Town, suddenly appeared in front of him. Wang Shun Mountain stood tall, gently embracing Lanqiao Town in his arms, making the mountain even more towering. The town that was just ordinary just now became beautiful from a different perspective.
This town under my feet is the famous "Blue Bridge Line" in history.Thinking of thousands of years ago, officials, businessmen, travelers, students, etc. set out from Chang'an to Hubei and other places in the southeast. When they crossed the Qinling Mountains along the Languan Ancient Road, the first mountain post they met was the "Lanqiao Post".
Han Yu was demoted to Chaozhou , here is written:
"Where is the home in the Qinling Mountains? Snow is in the blue pass."
Yuan Zhen After being exiled for 5 years, he went back to Chang'an along on the ancient road . On the way, he wrote " 12 quatrains to return to the west " and passed by the blue bridge. He left a poem:
"The clouds cover the blue bridge and snow fill the stream, and it is as close as the blue peak in a moment."
" As the sky gradually became brighter, the jade dust followed the horse to the Blue Bridge. "
Du Mu has a poem:
"Ear early, the clouds of a hundred miles into Shangshan, and the sound of water under the Blue River Bridge was divided into two parts."
