2. Start and precautions
1. Power-on order: (The shutdown order is the opposite of the power-on order)
1) Principle:
First turn on the power switch, then turn on the working switch; first turn on the power disk (box) switch, then turn on the controller switch; first turn on the slave (including the fire display disk) switch, then turn on the main switch. (Before the cabinet controller is turned on, turn on the air switch behind) After the controller is turned on, turn on the fire telephone host, fire broadcast system booth, amplifier, CRT, etc. The 9000 host will first open 2 chassis, and then open 1 chassis. Turn off the power the other way around.
2) Instructions:
working switch and power supply switch position: See the specific equipment and the corresponding instruction manual. If there are any unknowns, please contact the technical service department of the Bay Company.
Turn on the power reserve switch function: usually charge the power reserve, and automatically put the power reserve into the power reserve when the AC power is out to keep the system working normally.
2, Notes when booting
1) Is the main power normal (the AC voltage display is not between 187V-242v, the main power fault indicator light is on or the equipment reports the main power fault);
2) Is the backup power normal (the backup power fault indicator light is on or the equipment reports the power fault);
3) Is the voltage output of the power disk (box) normal (normally between 24-27v);
4) Whether each indicator light, digital tube , and LCD screen is lit normally, and whether the sound is normal;
5) Whether the bus fault is displayed? If the display indicates a short circuit in the bus, the power should be shut down immediately and the line fault should be corrected before turning on.
3. Normal display process when the controller is turned on
illuminates the indicator light, digital tube, and LCD screen in turn, displays various information, and emits various sounds (fire alarm, fault, action, etc.) in sequence, and then detects the equipment connected to the bus and communication line.
4. Notes after booting
1) Check whether the time and date are displayed accurately. If it is inaccurate, adjust the time and date;
2) Whether the alarm controller alarm is normal;
3) Is the linkage device manually starts the device on the manual disk?
4) Whether there is any abnormality;
If there is strong external interference, the machine crashes (no time display, the keyboard cannot be operated), you can turn it off and restart it to see if it can restore normal.
3. Common sense of system operation
1. Alarm system
When the fire alarm system is put into use, there should be a completion plan in the fire monitoring room. The equipment location and code should be indicated on the completion plan. If not, please ask the installation company. The duty officer should keep in mind the number of detectors/hand reports of the entire system, and be familiar with the specific location of the on-site alarm equipment.
2, linkage system
should keep in mind the monitoring of the entire linkage system, the total number of control points, the specific equipment corresponding to each point, the corresponding buttons on the manual disk, as well as the position and function of the controlled device.
Once a fire occurs, it should be operated and handled correctly. Manual start, when the controller is in the "manual" allowed state, the device is activated by operating the controller's host keyboard or pressing the start key at the corresponding point; when the controller is in the "auto" allowed state, the corresponding device is automatically activated when the logic conditions meet the requirements. If the gas spraying equipment is controlled, the controller should also be in the spraying allowable state. After the
module is operated, it can be reset by pressing the controller's clear key or the corresponding key of the manual disk.
3. Processing steps after fire alarm information appears (for reference only)
First silence, then determine the specific location of the alarm point based on the alarm display number, and then use the phone, walkie-talkie or directly send someone to the scene as soon as possible to check whether there is a fire.
1) It is indeed fired: if the fire is relatively small and can be quickly extinguished using nearby effective fire extinguishing tools (such as foam fire extinguisher ), personnel will be organized to extinguish the fire immediately; if the fire is large, the disinfection control room should be notified quickly (such as using intercom and fire telephone). The on-duty personnel should first call 119, then notify the superiors (organize personnel evacuation and fire extinguishing work), and quickly and manually start the corresponding linkage equipment (such as fire pump , broadcast, smoke exhaust machine, positive pressure blower , elevator, fire valve , air supply valve, smoke exhaust valve , etc.). If time is tight, the linkage controller should be set to the automatic state and automatically start the corresponding linkage equipment. If the fire is difficult to control, the fireproof roller shutter door can be activated to isolate the fire area.
2) No fire: Check whether the detector false alarm is caused by surrounding environmental factors (water vapor, oil smoke, moisture, dust, etc.).
, the alarm point will be isolated and the isolation will be canceled after the environment returns to normal. If it is not or cannot be determined, press the controller clear key repeatedly. If the alarm is still reported, the alarm point will be isolated, and then replace it in time or notify the construction unit or manufacturer to repair it.
4. Brief description of common controller operations
1, GST5000 controller
1) When fire alarm information appears:
Press the "silence" key, and then confirm whether there is a fire at the scene. If there is a fire, extinguish the fire according to the predetermined plan. If there is no fire, confirm the cause of the false alarm (the hand button alarm can be sucked by a suction cup, and the photoinductor smoke detector false alarm is taken in Appendix 2) and record it. If it cannot be handled independently, the equipment can be temporarily isolated and contacted with the installation company or the Bay Company in a timely manner.
Device blocking: Press the "Mask" key, then enter the user code of the device that needs to be isolated, press the "TAB" key, enter its device type, and press the "Confirm" key to store. After the device is processed normally, the device must be released in time to enable the system to restore normal monitoring of the device.
Unblock: Press the "Unblock" key to operate the same device blocking. When the system displays too much information, it is difficult to view. You can perform the following operations:
View information display: When any of the information in the system exists, the system will display this information in full screen; if there are more than one information in the system, the system will automatically split the screen, and display all kinds of information in the system at the same time. The window pointed to by the red indicator bar is the current window. Use the "Split Screen/Full Screen" key to realize the split screen and full screen display conversion of the current information window.
2) Start of the linkage device When the fire is confirmed, the linkage device can be started. First check whether the controller is in the manual allowable state, otherwise turn the controller into the manual allowable state. The manual method refers to the operation of starting and stopping the linkage device through a manual disk.
Manually allowed settings: Press the "User Settings" key to call up the startup mode menu, press the "Manual Settings" key to select the corresponding method, and press the "Confirm" key to store, and the system will work in the selected state.
When the controller is in a manually allowed state, the corresponding device can be started by a manual disk.
When the system is large, after confirming the fire, the controller can be turned into an automatic state. The controller will execute according to the preset logic program, and the corresponding linkage device will automatically start.
automatically allowed settings: Press the "User Settings" key to call up the startup mode menu, press the "Auto Settings" key to select the corresponding method, and press the "Confirm" key to store, and the system will work in the selected state.
3) Daily operations
When the time and date do not match the actual situation, it can be modified.
Modify time and date: In the monitoring state, press the "User Settings" key, press the "Time.Date Settings" key to edit and modify. After confirming, you can save the modified content and get a new system time.
When you want to understand the entire system registration and configuration information and the specific information of each loop device, you can conduct detailed query.
System information check: Press the "Device Information Check" key, and the screen displays all configurations of the current system. Press any key to enter the loop selection state, displaying the configuration of each loop in the system. Press the "△=" and "=▽" keys to change the selected loop one by one. Select a certain loop and press the "Confirm" key to display the information of each device registered in this loop. The device display content is the device's own code, user number, type, status of the linkage device and Chinese character comments in sequence.
Press the "Record Check" key, and the system will display the running record information. Each piece of information includes the time when the record information occurs, the six-digit encoding, type and content summary. Printing of
information: After entering the "User Settings" print control menu, there are four choices, namely "Switch the printer", "Select Print", "Instant Print", and "Instant Fire Alarm". In the state of "turn off the printer", the system does not print any information; in the state of "select printing", the user can selectively print some necessary information during recording and inspection; in the state of "instant printing", the printer instantly prints new information in the system, and can also realize the "select printing" function; in the state of "instant fire alarm", the printer instantly prints new fire alarm information in the system, and can also realize the "select printing" function. When viewing the running record, you can select the information bar to be printed and press the "Confirm" key to print the recorded information.
keyboard unlocking and locking keyboard: The controller is in the "lock key" state by default. If the command function key (except for "self-test", "silence", and "record check" keys) is performed, the LCD screen displays a screen requiring the input of a password. At this time, enter the correct user password and press the "Confirm" key to continue operation and complete the keyboard unlocking at the same time. Key lock operation should be performed when the operation is over and the duty personnel leave. Press the "Lock key" function key, and the bottom of the screen displays: "Please confirm the lock keyboard", press the "Confirm" key, and the lock key operation is completed.
reset function: After the fire alarm or fault is processed, the controller is reset. The operation method is to press the "Reset" key, enter the user password and confirm. Reset can realize the following functions: clear all current fire alarms, faults and action displays; reset the status indicators on all bus-controlled devices and manual fire start disks; clear the commands that are requesting and delaying requests to start; clear the silence state.
2, GST200 host

When the controller is in a manually allowed state, the corresponding device can be started by a manual disk.
When the system is large, after confirming the fire, the controller can be turned into an automatic state. The controller will execute according to the preset logic program, and the corresponding linkage device will automatically start.

3) Daily operations

Information check: Press the "Device Check" key, and the screen displays a screen for selecting device checks. Press the "1" key to enter the manual disk inspection menu, and the displayed contents include: manual disk key encoding, secondary code corresponding to external devices and device type code. Press the "Window Switch" key to turn the page and view it. Press the character key "2" or "3" to enter the inspection status of the communication equipment (fire display disk) or external equipment, and display the status of the communication equipment and external equipment configured in the system. After pressing the "Confirm" key, the detailed registration information of the selected device is displayed on the screen: the original code of the device, the secondary code, the device type, and the Chinese character information (the registration information displayed for the external device inspection operation also includes the characteristics of the linkage device, such as indicating the pulse characteristics.). Press the "4" key and enter the check slave configuration. The slave configuration is to check other controllers in the GST network system. The operation is the same as checking the manual disk configuration. I will not repeat it here.
Press the "Record Check" key, and the system will display the running record information. Each piece of information includes the sequence number of the record information, the time of occurrence, the six-digit code, type, content summary and Chinese character information. Printing of
information: When viewing the running record, when the printer is in a non-prohibited printing state, you can select the information bar to be printed (located in the second line of the LCD screen, No is displayed in white-white ), and press the "Print Control" key to print the recorded information. In addition, when the controller is in the "automatic printing" state, the controller can also print out various information in the system at any time.
Anti-theft control settings: Press the "Anti-theft Control" key, and the anti-theft control operation menu is displayed on the screen. It is currently an automatic anti-theft method (displayed in reverse). When the anti-theft detector monitoring area is in a non-key monitoring period, the anti-theft detector can be turned off to make it in the "anti-theft shutdown" state to avoid false alarms caused by normal disturbances; and in the "anti-theft turn on" state, the system's anti-theft alarm function will be turned on, which can prevent the anti-theft detector monitoring area, and the anti-theft turn on light is lit. In the "automatic anti-theft" state, the user can set the anti-theft opening and closing time by himself. The controller will enable and turn the anti-theft function according to the time set by the user.
5. Other system operation instructions
1, fire telephone system
1) Bus telephone
bus telephone 2 There are two design methods. The first method is that telephone extension is directly attached to the telephone host through the telephone jack; the second method is that the telephone extension is attached to the telephone host through the LD-8304 module.Their connection methods are different, and the methods are as follows: The first type: the telephone extension is not usually attached to the telephone jack. When there is a fire, the on-duty personnel plug the telephone extension into the telephone jack. At this time, the telephone host in the control center rings, and press the button on the host and sender to call the telephone extension.
The second type: most of the telephone extensions are plugged into the LD-8304 module. If you want to talk to the control center, you can pick up the telephone extension. At this time, the fire alarm controller will report the telephone module action. If you want to talk to the extension, you can manually start the corresponding LD-8304 module (the latest module can be started by itself). At this time, the telephone host rings, and press the button on the host sender to call the telephone extension. If the host calls an extension, you can manually start the corresponding LD-8304 module on the fire alarm controller. At this time, the extension rings and picks up to talk to the host.
2, fire broadcast system
1) bus broadcast (museum bus broadcast)

If you want to broadcast externally in the control center, you should first start the broadcast module in the corresponding area on the controller manual disk, then press the broadcast key on the card holder, pick up the sender on the host, and press the button on the sender to broadcast externally. The same method as above, just press the playback key on the deck.
Note: The deck and amplifier should be turned on normally. The number of broadcast modules should not be too large at a time. The total power of the startup speaker should not exceed the power of the amplifier (if the actual number of speakers is unclear, the number of startup modules should not exceed three layers. If the amplifier displays overload, the broadcast module should be stopped immediately). 3. CRT operation
When the controller is turned on, open the CRT computer to monitor the entire system. The operation method is as follows:
Open the computer, and the system will automatically enter the monitoring interface. When you need to exit, enter the user password and the computer will shut down directly.
6. Common causes of failure and handling of
faults can generally be divided into two categories. One is the main control system failure, such as main backup power failure, bus failure, etc.; the other is the field equipment failure, such as detector failure, module failure, etc. When a fault occurs, press the "Silence" key to abort the fault alarm.
If the main power is powered off, power supply should be used for power supply. Note that the power supply time should not exceed eight hours. If it exceeds eight hours, the controller's power switch (including power supply switch) should be cut off to prevent the battery from being damaged. If the system fails, it should be repaired in time, and detailed records should be made if the machine needs to be shut down.
If the on-site equipment is a fault, it should be repaired in time. If the fault cannot be eliminated in time due to special reasons, the equipment isolation function provided by the system should be used
