Taiwan's Vision magazine today announced the overall competitiveness evaluation of counties and cities on the island in 2022. The candidate for the Chiayi County Mayor of the Kuomintang, , Wang Yumin, , questioned that Chiayi County's competitiveness remains at the last place as last year, with cities developing in all aspects. Jiaxian County is mostly in the last quarter, but the county government helped Chiayi County Mayor Weng Zhangliang promote his five-star county magistrate's "great achievements" in bus booths across the county, and asked the god-making advertisement to be removed immediately.
Wang Yumin first attended the "Chiayi County Medical Chief View" symposium held by the Kuomintang think tank this early. It was hosted by Chen Yimin, the convener of the sustainable development group. Wang Renxian, chairman of the Taiwan Epidemic Prevention Society, Hou Mingfeng, professor of Kaohsiung Medical University, brother of Hou Youyi, mayor of New Taipei , and Chen Xuesheng, convener of the Education, Culture and Sports Group, and others participated. Wang Renxian said that Chiayi County is the most serious aging place in Taiwan, and the coverage rate of long-term care services is significantly low. Chen Yimin also called on the county government that the so-called preventive medicine is not just helping the elderly to install dentures , and there are more common common diseases that the people should pay attention to.

In response to this, Weng Zhangliang responded that he has been working hard to improve Chiayi's competitiveness in the past three years.
