Park construction goal is to build a water purification cultural base that integrates factory-style production + leisure park + popular science education. The overall setting is divided into downstream sewage treatment plant area, pocket park , artificial wetland viewing area, ecological waterfront design display area, riverside walking area, leisure and sports area, parent-child activity area and other sections, and greenways are equipped with small roads, squares, and viewing platforms for tourists to relax and enjoy the wetland landscape.

The water purification culture main park on the southwest side of the site of the "Bi Lin Cultural Park" project is even more unique.The waterborne design for the park landscape and greening is taken from the Nanning municipal water supply pipeline network. Combined with the production characteristics of the downstream plants in the site, a special water supply pipeline network for greening is set up. The reclaimed water released by the downstream plants is intercepted as the water replenishment function of the park landscape greening sprinkler, water purification garden and main rainwater garden are fully utilized, and the reclaimed water is filtered step by step using the step water purification display area. After the ecological filtration system is started step by step, while enhancing the self-purification effect of reclaimed water, the hierarchical outlets are designed, respectively showing the scene of water dropping and gurgling in the rolling dam, making the site landscape design more beautified and forming highlights. The total height difference between the step water purification display area is about 3 meters, and trails and viewing platforms are set up and down to facilitate tourists to relax, recreate and visit.
According to reports, the southeast side of the site is an ecological wetland display area. As the natural water passing area of Xinxu River, wet ponds of two forms of surface wetland and undercurrent wetland are set up in the display area, with recreational trails and ecological water purification display pavilions interspersed in the middle; at the same time, ecological floating islands are set up at the natural tidal flats on the southeast side of Xinxu River to create aquatic animal and plant habitat such as egret , enriching the biodiversity of the site .
Park greening adopts an ecological garden design method, making full use of local plants to create an ecological environment. Land plants are mainly shaded and flowering native tree species such as kapok , alpine banyan , small-leaf banyan , gong powder bauhinia, and wetland plants are mainly local aquatic plants such as lemongrass, sweet elephant grass , water chestnut , flower leaf reed bamboo , flower leaf reed bamboo and other local aquatic plants.
