On May 31, 2021, Yuzhou City accepted 6 cases of telecom fraud, including 2 cases of order rebate fraud, 1 case of false investment and financial management fraud, 1 case of false loan fraud, 1 case of impersonation of e-commerce customer service fraud, and 1 case of other types of fraud (red envelope rebate).

1, false investment and financial fraud

Case date: May 31, 2021

Case location: Yingchuan Street

Victim: Li Moumou, female, junior high school culture, after revisiting the victim, the victim claimed that he had never seen the anti-fraud propaganda page posted in the streets and communities, and had heard of the anti-fraud propaganda played on the speaker. In the community WeChat group, he did not pay attention to whether there were any telefault cases sent in the group. The victim downloaded the Agricultural Bank APP on his mobile phone, and transferred money to the other party through mobile banking, and had not accepted anti-fraud propaganda in the form of text messages of Agricultural Bank.

1. The victim's learning Strong Country APP someone added the victim's friend. The other party said that he could bring the victim to make money. Later, in order to make the victim believe, the other party first guided the victim to download an APP called Yuheng International on his mobile phone. Then the other party provided the victim with the so-called account and asked the victim to help with the operation first, and at the same time let the victim see the situation.

2. The victim operates according to the other party's requirements, invests in virtual currency on the APP, and makes profits by buying up and down. The victim helped the other party operate several times, and finally made money. Then the other party asked the victim to withdraw cash. 3. Then the other party induces the victim to invest and try it. Because he helped the other party to operate in the early stage, the victim did not find any problems. 2. The victim believed it and downloaded Ant Huixin's APP from Alipay online banking according to the other party's guidance. Then, under the other party's guidance, he registered and bound the bank card. After completing it, he made a loan withdrawal, but found that it could not be withdrawn.

3. The victim found the customer service on the software to inquire about the situation. The other party asked the victim to transfer money on the grounds that he needed to activate a member to withdraw money. The victim transferred money according to the other party's requirements and activated the other party's so-called member. After the victim transferred money, he withdrew money again. He found that the cash still could not be withdrawn. The victim found the other party again. 4. The victim asked the other party what to do. 2. The other party introduced the order-brushing process to the victim. The other party will first send a link to the victim. 1. The victim saw a message posted on a post through the Xiaohongshu APP on his mobile phone, saying that he could send red envelopes to make money. Later, based on the QQ number on the post: "167186097", he added a friend named "Yaya Little Rich Woman".

2. Later, the other party said that as long as the victim transfers 288 yuan to the other party, he can get a rebate of 5,200 yuan. The victim believed it and transferred the money to the other party as required by the other party.

1. A person contacted the victim through Douyin and asked the victim whether he wanted to make some money by liked Douyin. The victim agreed because he had nothing to do at home. Then the other party guided the victim to download an APP software called Azha on his mobile phone, and then the other party contacted the victim through Azha.

2. Then the other party pulled the victim to a chat group of Ah Sha. After the victim entered the group, he found that there was a person in the group who had a special like task. Then the victim went to the designated account or video as required by the other party. After completion, the screenshot was sent to the other party, and the other party would pay the victim a commission.

3. After the victim made several orders, the other party said that the commission for this order was small and he could recommend some orders with high commissions to the victim. However, after the victim learned that he needed to pay the principal, he was afraid of being cheated, so he did not agree. After that, the other party recommended to the victim many times, and the victim agreed with a try.

4. After the victim agreed, the other party guided the victim to download an APP called Zhongke Jincai on his mobile phone. Then the other party guided the victim to register and bind a bank card on the APP. Then the other party said that this is a order to help others repay the credit card.

5. Then the victim operates under the guidance of the other party. The victim needs to recharge first, then grab the order, and complete it according to the requirements after grabbing it. After completing it, the money will be placed on the victim's APP account. Finally, the victim can withdraw cash. After several operations, the victim successfully withdraws cash. When he was about to continue, the other party said that there was a relatively large order. Because the victim did not find any problems in the early operation, he believed that he had done it according to the other party's requirements.

6. As a result, after the victim completed it once, the other party asked the victim to continue to recharge and brush orders on the grounds of serial orders. The victim operated according to the other party's requirements. However, after the victim operated, the other party refused to return the principal and issue commissions to the victim. He did not transfer money to the other party through mobile Alipay in the community WeChat group.

1. The victim used to buy a vocal class in a classroom called Tanzhou online for 2,000 yuan, but he didn't listen. The victim wanted to refund the money and then contacted the customer service without a response.

2. The victim added a customer service that claimed to be a Tanzhou classroom on Baidu Tieba. Then the other party guided the victim to operate on Alipay on the grounds of refunding the victim, and asked the victim to send a red packet of 1,480 yuan to the other party through Alipay.

3. Before sending the red envelope, the victim asked the other party why he wanted to transfer the money. The other party said that this was a necessary step for refund. Moreover, after the victim sent the red envelope, the other party would return the victim's money for purchasing the course and the red envelope to the victim.

4. The victim transferred the money according to the other party's request. As a result, after the victim transferred the money, the other party did not give a refund to the victim. Instead, he said that the victim had failed to pay and asked the victim to transfer a certain amount to the account designated by the other party. The victim was afraid of being cheated and transferred 1 yuan, which failed.

5. The victim told the other party about the situation. The other party said that this operation was one of the refund procedures and it was guaranteed that the transfer would not be successful. Then he asked the victim to transfer the money to another designated account. Because the account provided by the other party was only one wrong with the previous account, the victim felt something was wrong, so he transferred 1 yuan to the account, and this time it was successful.

6. The victim asked the other party what was going on. The other party said that it was because the victim did not follow the requirements, so he succeeded. Later, the victim was asked to transfer the money to the designated account. The victim felt something was wrong and suspected that he was cheated, so he called the police and was cheated of 1,481 yuan in total.
