A small passenger car with license plate number Black AP91Y3 suddenly reversed and fled after discovering the policeman on duty. On December 5, Jin Mouyong was criminally detained by the Songbei Branch of Harbin Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law for suspected obstruction of public affairs, and Zhu Mou had been criminally detained by the Xiangfang Public Security Bureau.
