According to the unified deployment of the provincial and municipal procuratorates and with the high attention and strong support of the district committee, our court held a listing ceremony for the new internal institutions this morning. Chen Zhiwei, member of the Party Leadership Group and head of the Discipline Inspection Group of the Municipal College, and Liang Sihua, director of the Supervision Office, attended the ceremony. Members of our college team and heads of various departments attended the ceremony. At the ceremony, Chen Zhiwei, member of the Party Leadership Group and head of the Discipline Inspection Group of the Municipal Court, and Li Heng, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and procurator-general of our court, jointly listed the new internal institutions of this court, and Li Heng announced the head of the new internal institutions. At this point, our hospital’s new internal organization has been officially put into operation.
Following the video conference on the pilot work of internal institutions reform in grassroots procuratorates across the city, this afternoon, our court held a meeting of all police officers to re-mobilize and re-deploy the pilot work of internal institutions reform. Li Heng pointed out that internal organization reform is an important supporting measure for judicial responsibility system reform, an important measure to improve the allocation of procuratorial powers, and a reform with the nature of four pillars; internal organization reform is tight, the tasks are heavy, and the requirements are strict. We must follow the overall deployment of the Party Committee and the superior procuratorate on the reform of the judicial system, and in accordance with the roadmap and timetable formulated by the implementation plan for the pilot reform of internal organization reform in the province and municipal courts, concentrate time and energy, and accurately "construction" to ensure that internal organization reform takes root;
At the same time, he put forward three requirements: First, unify thoughts, build consensus, and effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency of reform. All police officers should put their thoughts on Unify the actions with the deployment requirements of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Provincial Court and the Municipal Court, work together to strengthen organizational guarantees, and promote the implementation and effectiveness of the internal institutions of our court; second, clarify the tasks, overcome difficulties, and steadily advance the reform. We must firmly establish a holistic concept, strictly follow the deployment requirements of the province and the municipal court, pay attention to coordination, actively and steadily advance, and continuously improve the overall efficiency of the reform; third, strengthen leadership, strictly enforce discipline, and ensure the smooth completion of the reform. The Party Group of the Academy and the heads of various departments must strengthen their sense of responsibility, strengthen ideological education, strictly enforce reform discipline, strictly implement work, resolutely fight the battle of pilot reform, unswervingly advance reform, and ensure the successful completion of the task of pioneering and trial work assigned by superiors.
Internal organizational reform is the only way to innovate the organizational structure of judicial organs and is related to the success or failure of judicial responsibility system reform. Scientifically and rationally set up institutions, optimize and integrate procuratorial resources, to strengthen legal supervision and serve procuratorial work, further clarify the responsibilities and authority of internal institutions, which is conducive to promoting the professionalization and professionalization of the procuratorial team and laying solid organizational guarantees for comprehensively deepening the reform of the judicial responsibility system and performing duties in accordance with the law. As a pilot institute in the city, our hospital actively explores and scientifically sets up institutions. In July, our hospital took the lead in launching the pilot reform of internal institutions among grassroots hospitals in the province, which was fully recognized and highly praised by the leaders of the provincial and municipal colleges. After the reform, our court's internal institutions were integrated from the original 12 to 5, namely: Anti-Corruption and Bribery Bureau, Criminal Procuratorate Department, Litigation Supervision Department, Political Work Office, and Procuratorial Security Office.
