According to Wu Shizhen, the head of Hebei Jingtuo Bearing Technology Co., Ltd., the bearings produced by the company have now "rolled" all over the world. "We have reached long-term cooperation with many foreign companies such as South Korea's Sanpu, Germany's Volkswagen, and Japan's Toyota. In 2021, we exported 5 million sets and exported 30 million yuan."
Wu Shizhen said that under the guidance of the local government, the company improved its development team, continuously carried out technological transformation and improvement, and obtained national patents such as bolt-type roller needle roller bearings and bearing clearance automatic detection device, and its products are favored by domestic and foreign markets.
In Hebei Tianma Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in the park, workers are also stepping up production. "Last year, 2 million sets of bearings were sold, with a turnover of 20 million yuan. The ultra-thin bearings and equal-section thin-square ball bearings developed by the company not only replaced imported products, but also went abroad, with very good market prospects." Pang Shuliang, the head of the company, said that a few days ago, the company received a batch of orders from South Africa and is expected to be busy with production throughout the Spring Festival holiday.
According to staff of the Publicity Department of the Guantao County Party Committee, Guantao County has a bearing production history for more than 40 years and is one of the earliest bearing production clusters in my country. After years of development, the county has formed a characteristic industrial cluster with low-speed micro bearings as the main body. In 2011, Guantao County was rated as the "Hometown of Light Industry Bearings in China" by the Bearing Circulation Professional Committee of the China Mechanical and Electrical Products Distribution Association.
