On this day, the first phase of the Guangzhou Shipbuilding Land was officially sold. After 56 rounds of fierce battles, China Shipbuilding Corporation and CITIC Pacific joined forces to win the land with a total price of 8.19623 billion yuan + a 25% self-held business, equivalent to a floor land price of 37,216 yuan/square meter.

A year later, the Guangzhou Shipyard plot has been announced to be released soon. Guangzhou Shipyard plot is one of the three star projects for the renovation of old factory in Guangzhou. It was announced in 2014 that the renovation was officially launched, and the actual plan began in 2017. The predecessor of the project was the earliest shipyard in my country and was built in 1914.
