With the joint efforts of all participants, the Wanning Cultural and Sports Plaza Third Road project completed the asphalt paving task on July 18.
On the morning of the same day, at the Wanning City Cultural and Sports Plaza project site, pavers, road rollers, loaders and other machines roared. The workers were fighting on the front line with their scorching sun, and they were carrying out asphalt paving operations in a tense and orderly manner. With the completion of the last vehicle of asphalt mixture, the asphalt paving work of Pingchang East Road successfully completed all the asphalt paving work, which marked the completion of the construction tasks of the Wanning Cultural and Sports Plaza project, which was undertaken by China Railway No. 4 Bureau, - Pingchang Road, Pingchang East Road and Pingchang North Road, and also marks the completion stage of the Wanning Cultural and Sports Plaza project.
According to reports, in order to ensure the completion of the construction of the Plaza 3rd Road project, since the start of construction last year, the Wanning Project Department of China Railway Fourth Bureau has scientifically organized and refined the on-site management work in terms of technology, personnel, equipment, on-site management, etc., and conducted detailed division of labor for on-site operators, assign responsibilities to persons, strictly control the entry of raw materials, and strictly control the construction of asphalt paving, crushing, and testing of asphalt. "The construction of Plaza East Road is planned to be completed by the end of July this year. After the construction is completed, the construction of guardrail foundations, signs, markings, surface attachment structures, etc. is started. It is expected that by the end of July, Plaza East Road, Plaza Road and Plaza North Road will meet the pre-acceptance conditions together." Wang Sheng, technician of the Wanning Project Department of China Railway Fourth Bureau, pointed to the newly paved asphalt.
"The first is that we have prepared some anti-heat and cooling medicines, such as Ten Drops of Water, Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, etc., to ensure that they are sent to the hands of every construction worker; the second is to send coolness to the workers on site, and prepare watermelon, tea, mung bean soup, etc. for the construction workers; the third is to let the workers go to the morning and evening shifts, avoid the high temperature period at noon, ensure our construction production progress, and ensure the health of the workers." Gao Chaoqun, secretary of the Wanning Project Department of China Railway Fourth Bureau, said that while seizing the construction period, the project department has also continuously strengthened anti-heat and cooling work, so that workers can produce safely and healthily.
"We can receive anti-heat medicines every week. The project department will usually bring mung bean soup to drink for us to relieve the heat, especially to arrange the working time reasonably and avoid the high temperature period. We will feel a little more comfortable and motivated when working." Liu Shuang, a construction worker in Wanning City Culture and Sports Plaza project, smiled and shook the water cup filled with mung bean soup in his hand.
It is understood that the Wanning Sports Plaza project covers a total area of 734 mu, with a planned investment of about 1.446 billion yuan. At present, the overall construction progress of the project has been completed by 95%, of which the flood control and drainage renovation projects of the stadium, stadium and surrounding supporting Plaza Road, stadium North Road, guanchang East Road and Dongshan River have been basically completed, and completion acceptance work is being organized one after another; 80% of the overall earth filling of the outdoor yard has been completed; 40% of the outdoor supporting projects have been completed, and all construction content is expected to be completed by the end of October. "At present, the main remaining are the fine decoration of the gymnasium, equipment debugging, etc., and the completion of the projects of the third road and the river. Our own plan is to meet the acceptance conditions on September 30." Li Yuning, safety director of Wanning Project Department of China Railway Fourth Bureau, said that the project will promote the project construction in an orderly manner according to the original time node, strive to complete the overall completion and acceptance of the project by the end of the year, promote the early completion and put into use of Wanning Sports Plaza, and welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions.
