Airport Rail Express Fengjiahe Bridge is located on the west side of the intersection of Gucui Road (north-south) and Wensan West Road (east-west-way), and is arranged along Wensan West Road.

Phase I project traffic organization : During the construction period, 22 meters of space for the northern half of the road resources are occupied, 6 motor vehicle lanes and 6-meter steel bridges on both sides are organized to be built on both sides. During the morning rush hour, the reversible lanes are set up on the innermost exit lane, the west exit of the Gucui Road/Wensan West Road intersection is adjusted to 4 inlets (2 left and right) and 2 out. The remaining periods are 3 inlets (2 left and right) and 3 out. The second phase of the project traffic organization: During the construction period, 24 meters of space for the northern half of the road resources are occupied, 2 inlets and 3 out. The southern half is organized to 2 inlets and 3 out. The southern half is organized to 2 inlets and 3 out. The new steel bridges on both sides are organized to 2 inlets and 3 out. During the morning rush hour, the innermost exit lane is set up on the innermost exit lane, the west exit of the Gucui Road/Wensan West Road intersection is adjusted to 3 inlets (2 left and right) and 2 out.
