We retrieved a video of Huang renting a car in the airport parking lot area and confirmed that he was renting a car with his real identity. On July 13, it was decided to set up a special task force to solve the case. Huang had already arrived in Qingdao by plane on that day. When he rented a car in a Qingdao rental agency committed another crime, he was controlled by Qingdao police.
After interrogation, Huang confessed to his crime of car rental fraud in Changchun City, and confessed that he was only instructed by others to be responsible for the car rental process, and had handed over the rental vehicle to three behind-the-scenes envoys, Gao, Xu and Qin. The task force determined the real identities of the three people from a large amount of information and found out that the three people had fled in dispersed after the incident.
July 14, the police successfully arrested Xu and Qin on a plane from Changchun to Chengdu, and arrested Gao in a rented house in Changchun.
So far, the police in the special case arrested the main suspect who committed the fraud in just 48 hours, and recovered the vehicle within 72 hours of the incident, helping the victim recover more than 330,000 yuan in economic losses. After the main culprit was arrested, he truthfully confessed that he had sold the vehicle obtained from the fraud on July 12 to Jining District, Shandong Province through an online black intermediary, and the task force immediately followed the line.

The vehicles he obtained from his fraud were sold to all parts of the country through online black intermediaries, and the stolen money he earned was squandered by him.

Gao's gang committed 10 frauds in five provinces and seven cities across the country, with an amount of more than 3 million yuan involved. After our task force fully solved, 9 criminal suspects have been arrested and 10 vehicles have been recovered.
August 28, with the approval of the Erdao District People's Procuratorate of Changchun City, Jilin Province, the Airport Public Security Bureau of the Jilin Provincial Public Security Department arrested Gao Mou and six others suspected of fraud in accordance with the law.
