Among them, the "two libraries" refer to the model library and the sample library, and the "one platform" refers to the artificial intelligence platform that includes the operating environment and the training environment.

State Grid Fujian Power joins hands with Baidu Intelligent Cloud to introduce Baidu AI middle platform that can fully reflect the strategic positioning of the State Grid headquarters' "two libraries and one platform", improve the capabilities of visual modeling, automated modeling, production line modeling and two-level modeling, integrate training environment to provide a domestic deep learning framework, and realize the full-process business integration of demand, samples, models, applications and iteration based on the sample library, model library and operating environment, build the full-chain intelligent processing capabilities of key business data of artificial intelligence power, support State Grid Fujian Power to create AI quality applications more efficiently and standardizedly, and promote the formation of an integrated innovative service system for power "artificial intelligence +".

On the one hand, Baidu AI’s Taichung training environment components have been independently deployed at State Grid Fujian Power, and intelligent solutions can be “turned into pieces”, and the personalized needs of different power companies under State Grid can be better met; on the other hand, during the deployment of components, Baidu AI platform and the “two libraries” and operating environment of State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group are smoothly integrated and easily “connected”, and the closed loop of intelligent business has been verified. The practice of cooperation between State Grid Fujian Power and Baidu can also be replicated and promoted in other power companies.
