2 ) Place the filters with different reduction values above respectively between the transmitting and receiving devices in the opposite direction, and try to get close to the optical path of the receiver, and start time with a stopwatch. Without changing the filter setting position, check the fire alarm signal of the fire alarm controller and the action of the detector alarm confirmation light within 30s.

2) Linear temperature sensing detector

a, recoverable linear temperature sensing detector, use a heat source from 55℃ to 145℃ to view the fire alarm controller fire alarm signal display.

b, unrecoverable linear temperature sensing detector, used line simulation to test.

4 Flame (or photosensitive) detector

1) Place a light source of ultraviolet wavelength 280nm or infrared wavelength 850nm within the detector monitoring viewing angle range and at the distance of the detector (0.55~1.00)m, and view the detector alarm confirmation light and fire alarm controller fire alarm signal display;

2) After canceling the light source, check the detector reset function.

5 Combustible Gas Detector

1) The selection of test gas should comply with the requirements of Article 5.1.6 of GB 15322-1994.

2 ) releases the corresponding test gas to the detector and observes the display of the alarm controller within the alarm response time limit.

2. manual alarm button

1 Trigger button to view the fire alarm signal display and the alarm confirmation light of the button of the fire alarm controller.

2 First reset the manual button, then reset the fire alarm controller, and check the alarm confirmation lights of the fire alarm controller and buttons.

3 Fire automatic alarm controller

1 ) Fire alarm controller

a, triggers the self-test key, and performs functional self-test on all indicator lights, monitors and audio devices on the panel.

b, cut off the main power supply and check the automatic input of the backup DC power supply and the status display of the main and backup power supply.

c. In the standby DC power supply state, perform circuit breaker fault alarm and fire alarm priority function, secondary alarm function detection:

a), simulated detector, manual alarm button to open fault, and view fault display. During the break-off fault alarm, smoke generators or heat sources with a temperature not less than 54℃ are used to apply smoke or heat to two detectors in the same circuit to view the fire alarm signal, alarm part display and recording of the fire alarm controller. After each detector is detected, it will only quit and not reset.

4 Use a multimeter to measure the linkage output signal of the fire alarm controller.

5 The system is reset and restored to normal alert state.

3. Fire alarm display disk

During the detection process of the fire alarm controller, check the display of the fire display disk at the same time.

1, fire linkage control device

1) performs functional self-checking of all indicator lights, monitors and audio devices on the panel.

2 ) Cut off the main power supply and check the automatic input of the backup DC power supply and the status display of the main and backup power supply.

3 ) In the standby DC power supply state, perform the following detection:

a, check the linkage control function and logic control program of the fire control equipment.

b. At the terminal, simulate the circuit breaker and short-circuit faults connected between the fire linkage control device and the input/output module and use a stopwatch to check the sound and light fault alarm signals.

c, remotely manually start each linked control firefighting equipment to view the transmission of control signals; system reset.

4 ) returns to normal alert state.

2 Combustible Gas Alarm Controller

1) The selection of test gases should comply with the requirements of 5.1.6 of GB 15322-1994.

2) Trigger the self-test key to perform functional self-test on all indicator lights, monitors and audio devices on the panel.
