It is understood that the luxury house is owned by artist Brigitte Lin , and the current market value of the luxury house has exceeded HK$1.1 billion. Lin was not in the house at the time of the incident, but nearly 20 people were evacuated, all of whom were servants in luxury houses, and they escaped with their multi-headed dogs.

It is reported that the detached houses at No. 9 and 11 Anderson Road are owned by Brigitte Lin and his family.
