The third type is acceptance.
This method is the easiest and most effective method. You just need to change your mindset and accept it, but it is still difficult for people with deep obsessions to do it. This requires you to cultivate your heart yourself, let go of your obsessions, and let go of your course. (I know, it sounds simple, but life is not satisfactory, so it is normal for events to not meet your wishes)
