graduated from the English Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2003. He entered the translation room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in August of the same year. In September 2004, he was sent to study in the UK. He has served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Prime Minister for translation during the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference many times. In March 2009, Sun Ning served as an interpreter for the spokesperson Li Zhaoxing at the Second Session of the 11th National People's Congress for the first time. Thereafter, he served as the translator for spokesperson Li Zhaoxing at the third and fourth sessions of the 11th National People's Congress in March 2010 and 2011 respectively. 8. Zhou Yu
graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1999. He is currently the director of the English Department of the Translation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has served as a translator for leaders on important occasions and three times during the meeting between the Chinese and US dollar heads.
