Registration conditions
(I) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.
(II) Strong political stance, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, firmly establish the "four consciousnesses", firmly establish the "four self-confidences", resolutely implement the "two safeguards", and maintain a high degree of unity with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core in terms of ideology, politics and actions.
(III) Support and abide by the Constitution and laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
(IV) Be upright in character, progressive in thought, united and cooperative, down-to-earth and hardworking, have good moral cultivation, strong work ability and professionalism.
(V) Professional or skill conditions required for the position.
(VI) Physical conditions that adapt to job requirements.
(7) Applicants should be full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities across the country, recruiting and grading in 2019, and obtaining academic and degree certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education before July 1, 2019. Any targeted students, commissioned students and overseas returnees who signed targeted training and commissioned training agreements before admission are not within the scope of this recruitment.
(8) The master's degree student shall not exceed 27 years old, that is, born after January 1, 1992; the doctoral degree student shall not exceed 35 years old, that is, born after January 1, 1984.
(9) Meet other conditions required for the position. Students in Beijing should have permanent household registration in Beijing, excluding collective household registration of Beijing colleges and universities. Students outside Beijing should meet the relevant policy requirements for settlement in Beijing.
Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes, have been expelled from the Party or public officials, have been found to have committed serious violations of the discipline of examination and recruitment in public officials at all levels, have been included in the list of joint punishment targets for breach of trust in accordance with the law, and have other circumstances that are not allowed to be hired as staff of public institutions, and are not allowed to apply for the examination. Registered persons are not allowed to apply for recruitment positions that constitute a evasion relationship after employment.
Recruitment procedure
Public recruitment work is divided into registration, qualification review, written examination and interview, physical examination and inspection, public announcement and employment.
