At the following three sub-forums, former political leaders and senior diplomats, famous scholars, and representatives of important economic and cultural organizations expressed insights on the institutionalized, inclusive economic growth and cultural exchanges of China-Japan-South Korea cooperation. The theme of sub-forum 1 is "Consulting and Co-construction: Improving the Level of Mechanization, Maintaining Security and Peace", and analyzed the role of the three countries in responding to crises, especially in the post-epidemic era when responding to the non-traditional security challenges faced by China, Japan and South Korea. The two themes of the sub-forum are "Co-creation and Sharing: Promoting Inclusive Growth and Promoting Universal Prosperity", which explores how the three countries should carry out economic and trade cooperation under the framework of RCEP, and how to use digitalization, automation and green transformation to discover new economic growth points. The three sub-forums "Common cultivation and integration: Embrace common culture and lead rational integration" focus on the common cultural memory formed over the years in the history of the Three Kingdoms, and how cultural exchanges promote the mutual understanding of the people of the Three Kingdoms.

At present, China-Japan-South Korea cooperation includes the China-Japan-South Korea Leaders' Meeting, 21 ministerial meeting mechanisms, more than 70 working-level dialogue and consultation, and more than 100 projects and cooperation mechanisms. It covers the fields of economy, environment, health, disaster management, education, youth, etc., and effectively benefits all aspects of the lives of the people of the three countries. China-Japan-Korea Cooperation Forum has been launched in 2011 for more than ten years. In the context of the superposition and intertwining of the century-old epidemic and the changes in a century, holding the China-Japan-South Korea Cooperation Forum is of great significance. In this regard, Ou Boqian said in an interview with People's Daily: "As many guests pointed out, this year is an important year for the development of China-Japan-South Korea relations. We are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Sino-South Korea diplomatic relations. At the same time, China-Japan-South Korea cooperation is in the beginning of the third decade of development, and the China-Japan-South Korea Cooperation Secretariat has entered the beginning of the second decade. The current century-long changes are undergoing profound evolution, and the common challenges faced by all countries are rising. As the Northeast Asia region and important countries in the world, China-Japan-South Korea has improved the level of cooperation and developed a future-oriented, mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation relationship, which is of great significance to promoting the development of their respective countries, maintaining security and peace in their regions, and promoting the recovery of the world economy."

Ou Boqian pointed out that this China-Japan-South Korea Cooperation International Forum has received strong support from the Chinese, Japan and South Korea governments. Representatives of the diplomatic departments of the three countries and guests expressed important opinions on future cooperation between the three countries. The common message conveyed is that the necessity and urgency of cooperation between the three countries is increasing. In particular, we should strengthen political mutual trust between the three countries, make good use of the major opportunities of RCEP, enhance the mutual favorability of the people of the three countries, overcome the crisis together, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. I believe that this forum will provide important support for the next step of China-Japan-South Korea cooperation.
