Wanhua project can consume 300,000 tons of straw in our county every year, and produce 250,000 cubic meters of formaldehyde-free ecological straw boards and 8 million square meters of decorative panels. If you want to make the enterprise bigger and stronger and form an industrial cluster, you still need to open up the downstream industrial chain.
Under this situation, the county party committee and county government decided to start the construction of Tongyang County Home Furnishing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, which further relies on the Wanhua legacy-free ecological straw board project, take the home smart manufacturing industry as the main focus, industrial agglomeration as the goal, and industrial chain integration as the path, vigorously promote model innovation, financial innovation, investment innovation and operation innovation, focus on introducing customized home furnishing production and supporting enterprises, related R&D institutions, etc. to settle in, and carefully build the home smart manufacturing industry sector in our county.
Tongyang Home Furnishing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is about 1,000 mu. Except for the Wanhua project, the rest are built using the "PPP+Theme Industrial Park" model, with a total investment of about 500 million yuan and a construction area of about 250,000 square meters, including standardized factories, incubation centers, double innovation bases, public supporting service facilities, etc.

The project company is responsible for the investment and financing, planning, construction, investment promotion, operation and maintenance and transfer of the project. The cooperation period is 12 years, divided into 2-year construction period and 10-year operation period. At present, the project has identified candidates for social capital through public bidding, and now it has entered the stage of contract negotiation and project company establishment.
